I am exhausted by what is happening to this country of my birth but I will be damned if I give up. I would be a FOOL if I believed it isn’t my problem or there is no point. And I would be complicit if I claimed all is fair for everyone on this soil. It isn’t. It hasn’t been. And I still believe it could be..if we try. If we give a damn. If we unite in an unprecedented way that leaves NO DOUBT what kind of country and world we want for ourselves and our future generations.

We are at a real serious crossroad with this election. An unprecedented crossroad that not only affects us here on this soil…but around the entire world. And we must show up. We MUST SHOW UP AND WE MUST NOT FALTER. Our country…democracy around the world…our environment…humanity demands we are not the humans who foolishly let it slip through our hands. I believe we can. I know we can. We have before when things felt very dark and my hope is after the dust settles we NEVER LET A PEDOPHILE, RAPIST, CON MAN and HIS COMPLICIT GANG OF DEPLORABLE HUMANS NEAR THIS KIND OF POWER AGAIN.

It’s not when…it’s here now. And no one is coming to save us. DO SOMETHING. Do whatever you are able to do in your communities and then some to avoid where this is all heading. Don’t just pray. DO SOMETHING.

While I have to keep my DM’s open for potential sales of my art and all the lovely people who contact me with encouraging and thoughtful messages….or sometimes opportunities I may have missed…there are always a random few of you who abuse this way of contacting me.

Sending me flat out abusive or passive aggressive snarky messages about myself personally as an autistic woman or as a HUMAN with naturally deep core beliefs about how we should be treating each other and demeaning me for sharing the wrongs I see happening out in the world and in this country is NOT OKAY. It is not acceptable to do that to anyone. You wouldn’t do that to me out on the street and you will not do that to me on social media either.

It is now an automatic block. I will not have a conversation with anyone when I can clearly see your ill intent. Period. I don’t care in the least what you think about me. I am very secure with what I have learned so far in this one precious life I was given.
And I have no patience for willful ignorance and any clear attempt to poke me…insult me..or demean me while I am on social media. Go talk to a therapist about how angry that Anne Marie makes you because I simply don’t give any F’s any longer about it.

I tried for a long time responding and it only ends up confirming to me that you didn’t come at me to have any kind of real discussion and only wanted to force me to hold your bag of BS. I just will not do that any longer and I will protect my peace fiercely.

Save your pointless words..your wasted time and effort on me and bugger off, thank you. I am not here for you to dump on. I am not here to perform for you in the way you want me to. I am a GD ARTIST and HUMAN and I am going to be authentic and I am going to talk about things that deeply matter to me for the rest of my life. You have a choice to be whatever you want to be as well. But you don’t get to come onto my page or into my DM’s with your hate and ignorance. I get to shut that down immediately in the same way I would if you walked into my home and began insulting me.
