POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I walked into AMPD tonight and, for the first time, it hit me… this is actually REAL. 🥹💜

Not just a vision in my head. Not just a million ideas, plans, and “what ifs.” An actual space we built from the ground up.

So much time, effort, blood, sweat, and probably a few tears, went into getting here. And tonight, I just stood there taking it all in, feeling an amount of gratitude that’s honestly hard to put into words.

Because holy shit… we actually did this. 🖤⚡️

And as overwhelming as it is to stand in an empty studio and see how far we’ve come, I can’t even imagine what it’s going to feel like when these bikes are filled with all of you.

That’s the part I keep thinking about. The music playing, the lights on, the energy in the room, and all these people showing up to ride with us.

But for now, I’m just going to soak this in. Because I know there were days when this felt so far away, and tonight it finally feels real. by @ampdspinstudio

MEET KENDALL ⚡️

For as long as she can remember, fitness has been a huge part of Kendall’s life. From competitive dance growing up, to powerlifting in college, to indoor cycling and Pilates post-grad, she’s always found a way to stay active (and energetic!).

Coming to Kendall’s class means you’re signing up for a challenging workout, high-energy music, and plenty of Gen Z encouragement along the way. She’ll push you to work hard, have fun, and get a good sweat on.

Outside of the studio, you can find Kendall crushing Excel spreadsheets at her corporate job, planning her next fitness event, or experimenting with a new Nespresso recipe. So get ready, because that Nespresso energy is coming straight to the bike!

We are so lucky to have her & can’t wait for you guys to meet her!
Give her a follow @kg.fit_ & catch her on the bike at AMP’D soon! by @ampdspinstudio

✨ TWO STUDIOS. ONE COMMUNITY. ✨

Plot twist: your neighborhood is getting TWO boutique fitness studios, and instead of competing, we decided to connect. 💜

Meet the women behind RISE Spin & Fitness and AMPD Spin Studio!

We found out our studios are right down the street from each other, and we knew this could be something really special. And there’s something powerful about women supporting women instead of competing with each other. 🤍

Our visions may have different names, but we share the same goal: to build a community where people feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and excited to show up for themselves.

We’re here to cheer each other on, collaborate, and help make our local fitness community stronger than ever.

Different studios. Different vibes. Same love for this community. 🖤

So whether you RISE, get AMPD, or a little of both… there’s a place for you here. 😉

The best communities aren’t built on competition. They’re built on connection. ✨

See you soon, Hampton! by @ampdspinstudio

AMPD was never just about opening a cycling studio.

The bikes are only part of it.

The real heart of AMPD will always be the people who fill the room. The energy. The encouragement. The friendships.

AMPD is for the person who has been cycling for years, the person who has never clipped into a bike, and everyone in between.

It’s for the community. 🖤💜

And I hope when you walk through those doors, you feel that.

Welcome to AMPD. ⚡️ taken in Hampton Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania by @ampdspinstudio
