Most loyalty programs give every customer the same discount code... But loyalty isn't one thing. It's five or six different behaviors that all mean the same thing: this person trusts your brand enough to keep showing up for it. 🧑‍💻 The customer who buys every month wants convenience, not a coupon. The one who's told ten friends about you wants to feel like part of something, not a referral code. Somewhere right now, someone's asking AI which protein powder doesn't taste like chalk and skips the artificial sweeteners. Whether your brand shows up in that answer depends on how clearly your product info is written. That's basically what GEO (generative engine optimization) is. But this isn't for every brand‼️ It only counts if YOUR customers are actually asking AI before they buy. If they're still texting a friend "what do you use for X," your energy is better spent on reviews and UGC. One connection at Amplify. That's all it took.
