Prep: Weeks of planning buckets of content, storyboards, shot lists tied to strategy

Shoot Day: Directing employees, styling, (too many!) lights + gimbals

Post: Editing, color, resizing, building a library

Delivery: One day can provide weeks of scroll-stopping content

Congrats @artsnowoh! 🙌 Celebrating 10 years of ArtsNow, and in so many ways, 10 years of believing in what’s possible because of one woman’s vision.

Amp was born because @nicole_mullet made a passing comment to two sisters about how small businesses and nonprofits needed an agency that felt human. That one conversation changed everything, and helped shape the way we do our work today.

ArtsNow is more than an organization. Nicole’s built a community where the arts belong everywhere, and everyone belongs in the arts.

Summit County is better because ArtsNow is here.

Yesterday, I was emailing a vendor about a file we needed printed quickly and looped Kalisha in with a quick question.

Within minutes, she didn’t just respond, she had the answer *and* drafted the email for me to send back. Just like that.

And that’s Kalisha. She’s organized, has incredible time management, and somehow is always one step (honestly, three steps) ahead. And on top of that, she’s an unbelievably talented designer. If something looks good at Amp, it’s because of her.
