One team. One mission. A whole lot of kilometers. 🏃‍♂️🔥

The Ultra Relay was never just about running.

It was about showing up for each other, pushing through tired legs, running when the body wanted to stop, and finding energy in the people around you.

Different runners. Different paces. One shared finish line.

The kilometers were earned. The memories were priceless. And the team made every step worth it.

Some races are about personal bests. This one was about something bigger. ❤️
Thank you @coachamir12 for this one! And @next_percent_ you are just amazing.

24 Hours Ultra Relay - Baton Handoff with @amrelsehemy by @amrelsehemy

Back from injury. Shaky legs. No PR.

An outdoor course at 1 PM, in that heat, was brutal — and definitely not the race I imagined on paper.

But somehow, I’m leaving Rome happy.

Happy with the journey back.
Happy I got to race again.
Happy I kept moving when it got uncomfortable.

Not every race has to be a PB to mean something.

Race #9 ✅
Rome, done. 🇮🇹

Cairo… you’re next. 🇪🇬🔥 by @amrelsehemy

6 months. 8 races. A lot of lessons.

When I started HYROX in Istanbul, I thought progression would be simple:

train → race → improve → repeat.

It wasn’t.

London showed me I could get better.
Warsaw gave me the breakthrough.
Paris reminded me that progress isn’t linear.

Then, for reasons that still seem questionable, I raced Open and Pro in Paris on the same day with less than 90 minutes between them.

That taught me something important:

you can’t negotiate with fatigue.

Barcelona was back to chasing.
Berlin humbled me again.

And then Istanbul came around once more — this time as the first race of a new season.

I was a completely different athlete from the one who had started there six months earlier.

The result didn’t necessarily show it.

Cramping, fueling, hydration, caffeine, execution — another reminder that being fitter doesn’t automatically mean racing better.

That might be the biggest thing these first eight races taught me:

The stopwatch can move backwards while the athlete still moves forward.

More experienced.
More aware.
Still making mistakes.
Still learning.

And definitely still coming back.

First chapter done.
Now we build the next one. ⚡️

Clock doesn’t lie. Neither does the work. 🔥

Our NEXT% athletes always leave it all on the floor — every rox, every rep, every second on the clock.

53:10. New 10K PB. 🏃‍♂️

The time is nice.

What I’m most proud of is building a life where moving, training, and taking care of my health have become part of who I am.

Every race is a reminder that small, consistent efforts add up.

53:10 today.

Still plenty left in the tank. 🚀

Shout out to Coach Amir and NEXT% by @amrelsehemy

Not a PB.
Not my best race.
But definitely not my worst.

Physically, I was ready.
Mentally, I let the race slip away too early and lost focus when it mattered most. That part hurts — but it’s also part of the process.

Not every race ends with a medal-worthy performance.
But every race leaves you with something valuable if you’re willing to listen.
And this one taught me more than a perfect race ever could.

Still proud of the race.
Different cities, different start lines, different versions of me — each one shaping the athlete and person I’m becoming.

There were highs, setbacks, breakthroughs, and moments where quitting would’ve been easier. But I kept showing up. Kept learning. Kept growing.

Season 25/26 comes to an end.
And today, the next chapter begins. 🔥 @hyroxworld @hyroxger by @amrelsehemy

Barcelona 🇪🇸 — Race 5

1:20:30
(+15 sec penalty)

Not the time I came for.
But every race keeps teaching me something new.

HYROX has a way of exposing everything — pacing, fitness, mindset, recovery, execution.
And honestly… that’s why I love it.

5 races in, and I still feel like I’m only getting started.

Warsaw keeps the PB.
Barcelona adds another layer to the journey.

We keep building. 🔁

Paris 🇫🇷 — Race 4

No PB this time.
And that’s okay.

Progress isn’t always a straight line.
Sometimes it’s about showing up, holding the pace, and trusting the process.

Warsaw still holds the PB.
Paris gave me something else — experience, lessons, and perspective.

This journey is bigger than one number.

On to the next. 🔁

HYROX Warsaw — Race #3.

1:17:53.

Not my first race.
Not my second.
But my third — and the journey keeps getting stronger.

Every race teaches something new.
Every finish line builds confidence.
Every challenge makes the next one possible.

Still learning.
Still improving.
Still enjoying the process.

On to the next one.

HYROX London — Progress.

Second race.
Stronger mindset.
Better execution.

Finished 6:56 minutes faster than my first HYROX.

Not because it was easier.
But because I was better prepared.
More disciplined.
More confident.

Still learning.
Still building.
Still chasing the next level.

On to the next one.

I came with goals.
I leave with growth.

Finished strong.
Smiled through the pain.
Earned my first HYROX patch.
Reconnected with friends.
Made new ones along the way.

And most importantly — I tested my body… and it responded.

This community is something special.
Energy. Respect. Drive.

On to the next one. @hyroxturk by @amrelsehemy
