9/11 happened.
• Two planes hit the Twin Towers.
• I watched the second plane hit and both Towers fall from downtown Manhattan.
• I lost friends in the terrorist attack.
• What most non NYC residence do not know was following the September 11 attacks, Police and Fire fighters from all over the Nation came to NYC to help.
• 14th Street down to Ground Zero was blocked off and only residence were allowed past.
• You had to show an ID with an address to get past (NY does not require that to vote). I did this multiple times with a Texas Police officer at road blocks.
• The West Side Highway was closed to regular public traffic and restricted exclusively to emergency vehicles and recovery crews working at Ground Zero.
• Hundreds of New Yorkers held hand made signs cheering on the relief workers and trucks for their effort along the WS Highway every single day.
• All Police precinct streets were blocked off. You could walk by, but not drive down those streets. They were guarded day and night. I bought a coffee on more than one night for Police working those late night shifts from out of State as I walked my young puppy before bed.
• Delis and supermarkets shelves were bare as food trucks could not get in to restock. Deli store owners rented vans and drove them in themselves to survive.
• The smell of death and toxic pollution was overwhelming, but the winds blew the smoke and debris toward NJ and PA.
• Cancer and other disease rates from 9/11 are astronomical, but you can only apply for help if you lived below Houston Street: World Trade Center Health Program.
• Innocent Americans did NIOT "'deserved to get murdered' in terror attacks 'because it was part of an evil capitalist system'" as Communists Muslim's like Mamdani want to teach young children in American schools.

These people are disgusting and utterly immoral. Their war on women is rooted in evil.

The legislation would replace gender-specific terms like "mother," "father," and "paternity" used in places like family court with terms like "parentage," "gestating parent," and "non-gestating parent."

The bill aims to make custody law more inclusive for LGBTQ+ parents and families who use assisted reproduction or surrogacy.
