🎵 I can’t believe that we would LIE IN OUR GRAVES wondering if we have spent our remaining days well…

Hands down, BEST NIGHT of my entire summer!

I have seen the DMB over 40+ times.
In my twenties I spent every dollar I had traveling through handfuls of states, attending show after show, sleeping in my car, standing in lines…all with no sleep — just to sing along with Dave.
When people say that music can shape you, change you + grow you — I am absolutely a product of this statement.
The hardest parts, the happiest parts + my greatest memories have been spent in front of this band. Last night was no exception.

To be oh so GRATEFUL for the life we have built, the time we’ve spent with our best friends + these moments in time is priceless.
I feel like I left nothing on the table this summer —sharing time with those in my life that have always brought me the greatest joy, shared the deepest belly laughs with, my deepest connections with + asked for nothing in return.

My cup runneth over + over + over.

Thank you for Long Black Veil, Dave.
It had been 20yrs since I’d heard that live with you. It will forever be my ‘unicorn’ song! 🦄
Your set last night brought me right back to my twenties allowing me to feel more free than I have in years.

I am forever GRATEFUL 🤍

(Btw: Thank you!)

🍇After helping to represent the MN Wine Country bldg for almost two decades, I decided to step down from the position to finally…enjoy the fair.

🎥 Here are the answers to your questions + where to find me this MN State Fair szn, LIVE!

🍅Today on The Jason Show, I shared one of my favorite summer tricks: my EZ Tomato Water — and trust me, once you make it, you’ll start putting it in everything.

🍃Fresh, savory, bright + ridiculously easy, tomato water is basically liquid summer. ☀️

Use it to:
🍸 Shake up a savory martini
🥂 Build my Tomato Water Spritz
🍳 Add a splash to sautées
🥗 Brighten vinaigrettes + sauces
🫒 Mix into marinades
✨ Or anywhere you want a little fresh tomato magic

📺And YES — that gorgeous Tomato Water Spritz in this reel is exactly what I made on The Jason Show today!

MY EZ TOMATO WATER 🍅💦
Oven blistered ripe summer tomatoes, lemon juice, olive oil + sea salt.
Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheese cloth

Then… don’t throw those tomatoes away either. Use them for bruschetta, sauces, eggs, salads + more.

Summer tomatoes = ZERO WASTE + a million possibilities. 🙌🏼

Save this reel because once you start making tomato water, you’re going to want it in your fridge ALL summer long.

You tell me: are you making the MARTINI 🍸 or the SPRITZ 🥂 first?

Some people pour wine. Others pour themselves into people. ❤️
For the past three years, this girl has done both.

As we celebrated her next chapter, it only felt right to throw a little ‘Sipnic’—good Champagne, good food + even better company.

Anyone who has had the pleasure of meeting + working with the lovely Ms Shea at Sip Better knows this to be true: she is one of the finest hospitality professionals I’ve ever worked alongside. She has an incredible ability to make people feel seen, welcomed + cared for. Those qualities can’t be taught—they simply come from who she is.
Watching guests light up when she greeted them, seeing our team become stronger because of her kindness, her wine enthusiasm + witnessing the genuine friendships she built along the way are gifts I’ll always be grateful for.

💗Our girl, thank you for every bottle opened, every guest welcomed, every laugh shared + every moment you helped make Sip Better feel like home.
You’ll always be part of this family.

Cheers to your next adventure... and to celebrating it the only way we know how.
🥂 With Bubbles, Toes in the Grass, Gummy Candies + Lotsa Giggles

Love you, friend. by @amuseewine

👏If every winery had a slide instead of stairs... I’d probably never leave.

🙋🏼‍♀️This little gem was tucked inside a winery during my visit to England’s wine country back in 2019—and yes, of course — I had to try it.

But this post isn’t just about fun winery slides…
🍾Let’s talk ENGLISH FIZZ!

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 English sparkling wine is one of the wine world’s best-kept secrets.
The first commercial vineyard in England was planted in 1952, and today, English wine is earning top honors in blind tastings around the world.

☀️Climate Impact is Everything!
Climate change has gradually warmed southern England, creating growing conditions that mimic other famous sparkling regions.

🥂Today, English producers are crafting world-class sparkling wines from the classic grapes we cherish in sparkling wine production:
🍇Chardonnay
🍇Pinot Noir
🍇Pinot Meunier

✨If you haven’t discovered English Fizz yet... this is your sign. ✨

🛒Visit my adorable wine shop @sipbetter in the North Loop. Of Mpls or head to sipbetter.com under our → Pop • Sparkle • Fizz section to grab a bottle + explore English Fizz!

😂Who’s ready to trade the stairs for a winery slide?

💗Nothing makes me beam with pride more than gushing over my partner.

🙏🏻 No one deserves more accolades this year than this person, period.
His hard work, dedication, kindness, leadership + loyalty to any project he tackles makes him truly one of the absolute best.
Not only in business, but in life.
I’ve said it before + I will scream it from a rooftop again: Anyone that knows this man—admires, respects + appreciates his endless qualities.
But truly, no one more than I.

For 15yrs, I have stood side-by-side with this human admiring every ounce of him.
How lucky am I to take a seat next to him as we both step proudly in to this next chapter together.

The greatness of this project + the pure ‘WOW’ to it is something I hope you all get to experience this summer.

Cheers to the @ampedupcrew on your first week!
I am honored to be your partner on so many levels 🏆
