Client Crushing.
Designer Katrina Hernandez and Architect Jeffrey Dungan just gave Manhattan Beach its own sandcastle & there’s no tide in sight. This home brings a new architectural language to the shore, blending Spanish and Moorish roots with sun-bleached geometry. Our Rope Wrapped Globes cast a warm glow, their soft curves and Los Angeles intention rooting the design. In the office, a C Back Chair adds another geometric note to the already textured space.

Problem Solved. An unexpected material.

Mappa Burl is cut for character: a dense, swirled grain that carries the story of its tree, more dramatic than standard wood graining. These C Back Stools, fresh out of our Los Angeles workroom for a very special client, are hand-finished in Natural Mappa Burl with a water-based stain and VOC-compliant lacquer sealer, their cushions upholstered in COL. Because every veneer is unique to its tree, no two pieces are ever quite the same, each defined by its unique grain.

Client Crushing. Photographed by David Livingston, this Big Cottonwood Canyon home by Anne-Marie Barton is a mountain-lover’s dream come true.

At the foot of the bed in the primary suite, the Block Bench waits out the end of a ski day, finished in Chiseled Natural Walnut and upholstered in Dusty Beige Shearling.

Meet Casa Alpaca.
Designed by Barette and Christina of Widell + Boschetti, this New Jersey home is effortlessly polished on the surface and full of personality underneath. The dining room makes the case: the Arc Chairs & Arc Arm Chair circle the table in a carnation pink velvet COM, feminine and sculptural, glowing against the backlit wine wall.

CLIENT CRUSHING. Photographed by Cuff Studio’s other crush — Ori Harpaz, the Palm Beach “Nightingale” project by Helen Bergin Interiors calmed my nerves immediately.

Here’s what “made by designers, for designers” actually looks like at Cuff Studio.

Almost everything we make is available COM/COL and can be customized because we’ve been on the other side of that conversation. No two clients’ fabric, finish, and overall project needs ever look the same. It’s in the details you might miss in a photo; the finished interior, the adjustable shelving, or the custom build that fits perfectly in your client's space.
