🌟 Where dreams are made ✨ There’s a space we can all access. It’s where our initial thoughts slowly morph into a loose plan, further catapulted by finding the solid agreements around you (AKA building your team!) Eternally grateful for Jim & Carol and helping curate the dream of this permanent home view!
Loved every minute of the ride with you my dear friends ♥️ by @amycirclere

CLOSED. This one HAS to be one of my favorites. And it has little to do with the actual transaction— but everything to do with the quality of people that I’m blessed to help. Erin & Austin - college sweethearts from Chapman, world travelers, foodies, multilingual, creative, hilarious, BIG SOCCER FANS (in fact, had to do the walk-through and accept keys while they were in Boston for WC Scotland matches helping contribute to the shortage of Tennents). They are no doubt 2 of the kindest humans you’ll ever meet.
She’s a music teacher and trained opera singer, he’s a camera operator in the film world... and now they’re officially Long Beach homeowners.
So proud to have helped them land their first home.
Long Beach, you’re getting THE best. 💙 by @amycirclere

Shaking his butt right into the holidays…my Baby….🪇🕺🏻 Merry Christmas and Happy New Year ✝️🎄🎅🏼 by @amycirclere

“…my clients will be buying your house”. Most recent transaction closed and it was an adventure! I was referred to a beautiful young couple for their 1st time purchase. (Hubby was at work when I passed the keys) This gorgeous little Spanish house in Long Beach had 15+ offers. My clients loved it when it went into the coming soon status, so yes, you could say we were stalking it. I had been talking (aka bothering 🤣) the listing agent since then. And I mentioned to him the above quote on our very first conversation. Long story short, we were the 2nd highest and lost out, but then I stayed on top of it and it soon canceled (never give up people) We were back in but it was tougher, listing agent then pitted us against an all cash (very high offer) investor. Was able to eliminate the investor (✌🏼out Homie) and the rest is history. There may not be a word to describe the overwhelming joy I feel for this family. It was fun to hand over the keys and say “Welcome to your 1st home, your life is forever changed. You will now have a feeling of security you didn’t know existed, you’re already stepping into this great little house with some equity, your adorable daughter will grow up, running up and down this street with the other little kids on the block. God is good 🏡♥️ by @amycirclere
