I want to give a huge shoutout to my online client, Amy 🙌🏻

Since mid last year, her journey has been nothing short of incredible. We started with running and performance goals - after being told she might never run a strong 10km again post-injury… and she proved that wrong 👊🏼

From there, we shifted into improving body composition the right way and this is where everything changed.

No more guilt.
No more restrictive “all or nothing” behaviours.
No more yo-yo dieting… and no going back.

Instead, Amy committed to the long game, to a smart, structured and flexible approach that actually fits her lifestyle. We utilised diet breaks, refeeds, and deload weeks to support her energy, performance, and recovery - while still allowing her to enjoy life, holidays, and time with family and friends.

The result? Stronger. Leaner. More energised… and genuinely thriving. Plus she look bloody amazing!

But what stands out most isn’t just the physical transformation - it’s her mindset. The way she now understands her body, fuels it with intention, and shows up consistently without extremes.

This is what sustainable progress looks like 👏🏻

So proud of you, Amy. Keep smashing it 😍🔥 taken in Camden, New South Wales, Australia by @amydekleva
