Growing up in coastal environments on both sides of the USA, I am always inspired by salt water and sun, and the power of creativity.

What if:
instead of Soylent Green
we are being fed
Soylent GRAY?
The gray is all our gray matter knowledge
being scraped by AI, chewed up, and
fed back to us in whatever AI and those in power want us to think.

Day 30 #stradaeasel #sscaemg #sscaepc And, that's a wrap! (Haven't decided if I'm going to add more labeling to the paint tube or not. ;) ) "Les Twins" by @amyhauserart

Day 29 #stradaeasel #sscaemg #sscaepc Riding home on the ferry. View out toward the Everett Navy Base. I took a glimpse, then drew this, but couldn't look as well from the car as another car was blocking my view. The lights are really down on the water; no dark land seen there. Then the other ferry went by. When two boats are running (which is sometimes, but should be always #wsdot), they pass by each other, and the pictures are beautiful. by @amyhauserart

Day 29 #stradaeasel #sscaemg #sscaepc I still have some details to add (tomorrow). Oy! So many layers to this little 4x6" puzzle! Objects, shadow shapes, and their reflections layering over the shadow shapes. Good practice, eh? More than I planned on, but, hey! (PS - reflections go *straight down*. These will be dealt with later, also.) by @amyhauserart

Day 27 #stradaeasel #sscaemg #sscaepc Progress. I love this hi-lo tempered glass top table (thank you @sarahcalandroart!) Studio cat, Tango. So dang smart. Obsessed with fetching/retrieving, but waits patiently while I am painting, and keeps me company. by @amyhauserart

Day 24 #stradaeasel #sscaemg #sscaepc I have learned that scraping can still be part of moving your painting *forward*. Ta da! (Yes, I know the teapot looks crooked.) stay tuned by @amyhauserart
