I think fighting what keeps falling into place is such a waste of time. Doesn’t mean I’m not really good at it.

She likes to sleep by the door to the bedroom incase anything happens, but knows I’m colder on the other side of the room.

Is disgustingly sweet no matter how I pop off.

Listens to me ramble for no reason about who knows what.

Brings my family food to make connections and learn about my life even tho we live in different states.

She’s bold about us and who I am.

Find a kind soul, cherish them, and remember you are one as well.

⚡ Every cult needs a leader. Hi, I’m Amelia — your chef, chaos conductor, and culinary director of Holy Forking Cult.

I’m Michelin-trained, but don’t let that fool you — I’m not here to preach fine dining or perfection. I’m here to show you how to turn everyday ingredients into food that feels like a ritual.

My kitchen style? Refined chaos.
My specialty? Taking comfort food and making it unforgettable.
My goal? To help you elevate what you cook at home without the stress or snobbery.

Food, for me, has always been about more than flavor. It’s about community, creativity, and breaking bread (and a few rules) together. That’s what this cult is really about — making food fun, fearless, and a little unholy.

✨ Follow along for recipes, rituals, and the occasional kitchen confession. Welcome to my kitchen, welcome to the cult. ✨
#HolyForkingCult #RefinedChaosKitchen #foodcult taken in Chicago, Illinois by @amyhella

Choose yourself and the rest will find you on its own. Keep good people around you on the journey to help guide the way. Weed the garden of those who do not. Happy lesbian visibility week 🤘🏻🖤

Choose your intention for the day. Grow. Heal. Talk shit. Meditate. Load the dishwasher. Kiss your future. Hug a loved one. Scream if you want to. Hold a tiny puppy. Laugh. Cry. Eat whatever you want. Keep people close. Let people go. Know you are loved.

The grass is greenest where you water it.

Don’t forget the ones who never slept on you, waited for you to finish your trials, and celebrated you for you. I’m in love with all of you, even if we don’t have a Photo Booth picture.
