Okay it’s kind of early to be posting my word of the year for 2027 but I’m at Planner Pause and we are planning Q4 and Q1 of 2027.

EXPAND — bigger vision, reach, income, leadership, capacity and impact.

Not just expand my business though

Expand my capacity.
Expand my voice.
Expand my influence.
Expand my expectations.
Expand my impact.

Can someone you never met make that big of an impact on your life?

It’s been 3 years and not one week goes by where I don’t think about her, miss her, wish I could hop on her page just to see what she’s been up to and smile.

(I asked my camera role to find photos of her and the second photo is a small handful of all I have on there.)

She was always cutting edge and shared so graciously all she learned with all of us.

I wish I could see all she would be doing with AI to make things happen faster but still do it with her human touch.

She was so smart. She picked up on things quickly and was one of the fastest implementers.

Most importantly, she had a heart for people. She loved people and accepted them no matter what.

Jessie Lee Ward has left a huge hole. So many continue to grieve her loss. We honor her legacy and carry all she taught us forward to help the next generation. by @amylafitte

Today feels like a pinnacle day.

Because we are officially in the window where you can change a LOT before the holidays even arrive.

90 days from now is December 14th.

Think about that.

If you have a 90-day goal but you don’t want to spend the holidays grinding toward it, today is your day to start.

A health transformation.
A financial transformation.
A mental transformation.
A business transformation.

Whatever you’ve been saying you want to change… don’t underestimate what can happen when you lock in for the last quarter of the year.

Your 2026 story is NOT finished yet.

One of my business coaches has us set yearly goals…and then challenges us to accomplish them in six months.

Why?

Because she’s found people often perform better when the finish line feels closer.

Give yourself the next 90 days. The time is going to pass regardless.

Lock in during the “BER” months and walk into the holidays knowing you kept a promise to yourself.

And then step into 2027 carrying the momentum of who you have become.

This is so cool to me. ❤️

Thirty years ago, my grandma was doing BSF… and now I get to do the exact same Bible study and follow in her footsteps.

It feels even more meaningful knowing my grandma once sat with these same Scriptures, probably underlining verses, answering questions, and growing in her faith just like I’m about to do.

I’m going to pretend we are in parallel universes doing this together even though we are three decades apart.

If you’re not familiar with BSF (Bible Study Fellowship), it’s an incredible organization where people all over the world spend nine months deeply studying the same book of the Bible.

And this year… we’re diving into Romans. 🙌

I’m so excited to slow down, dig deeper and see what God teaches me over these next nine months.
