🔐 3 weeks postpartum 🔐

Everyone’s journey is different, but this is mine- round two.

Keeping it real, excited for my comeback, excited for my muscles and excited to bring Gracie up in the gym like we have with Beau 🤍

- from day 3pp I started walking most days
- from day 8pp was doing abdominal and pelvic floor exercises and stretches
- from day 14pp I started doing small bodyweight movements

LFG 🦅
