Part 2: My two years as a Regional made this journey even more special. It was such an honor to work alongside Cosmo, Hailey, Bryony, Lauren and Debbie to support and lead our studios — to watch teams grow, celebrate their wins, and help build something meaningful across the region. I learned so much about leadership, connection, and the power of showing up for others.

Knowing that LQA is closing is incredibly hard. When I came back to head coach in April, I thought this is where I’d be for years but it turns out life had other plans. This studio has been such a special place — full of energy, love, and people who genuinely care about each other. While the doors may be closing, what we built here doesn’t go away. The friendships, the growth, the strength — that’s the legacy we carry forward.

Part 1: Yesterday was my last day at Orangetheory. Four years ago, I walked into @orangetheorylqa not totally sure what I was getting into — I just knew I wanted to share fitness with others. I never imagined what a ride it would be.

When I first started coaching, I was so nervous. I didn’t think people would look at me and see a coach. I wasn’t sure I belonged in that role, or that I could lead a room with a mic and a stopwatch. Day after day, class after class, I was reminded me that being a coach is about showing up, leading with heart, and helping others believe in themselves. And in doing that, LQA helped me believe in myself, too. My confidence grew here in ways I never could’ve imagined. 🧡

When I moved to Seattle, I barely knew anyone. LQA quickly became more than just a studio — it was my home base and my community. Some of my closest friendships were born between the treads and the rowers, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
