Completely winged these protein banana cookies… and they turned out SO good 🍌🍪✨

I didn’t measure anything, but honestly, that’s the beauty of these. You really can’t go too wrong!

I started by mashing 1 ripe banana, then added 1 big tablespoon of peanut butter and a drizzle of honey. Mixed that all together, then added:
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Almond flour
• Oats

Gave everything a good mix, scooped onto a baking tray and flattened into cookie shapes with a fork.

I added Maltesers to a few for my fiancé because he loves milk chocolate 🤎 but you could add pretty much anything you like!

Chocolate chips, nuts, berries, seeds… whatever you have in.

They’re so easy, delicious and perfect when you fancy something sweet but want to add a little extra protein too ✨

Definitely making these again! 🍪 by @amym_nutrition

I am absolutely loving my matcha from Feel Reformed lately 🍵💚

I sometimes like to swap my afternoon coffee for matcha and I’m honestly loving the change. I’ll sometimes add a little honey if I fancy something sweeter, too 🍯

What I particularly love about this one is that it’s more than just matcha, with added ingredients✨

It makes my matcha feel a little more functional and gives me some added nutritional benefits, while still being something I genuinely enjoy drinking.

I’m definitely going to order the vanilla matcha next time to try 👀🍦

My homemade protein balls 🤎

I wanted to make these a little more gut-friendly, so I packed them with different plant foods rather than just focusing on protein.

Here’s the recipe✨

🥣 1 cup oats
🍌 1 banana
🥜 ½ cup 100% peanut butter
🌰 ¾ cup ground almonds
🌱 15g chia seeds
🌻 45g mixed seeds: sunflower, pumpkin, sesame & flax
💪 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
🍯 ⅓ cup honey
✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract

One of the things I love about this recipe is the plant diversity. Different plant foods provide different types of fibre and other beneficial compounds, so rather than focusing on just one source, try to include a variety of plants across your diet.

You don’t need to eat 30 different plants in one day, but aiming for more variety throughout the week is a great habit for your gut health.

And these aren’t just about the gut either…

Each ball contains approximately 9g protein & 3.5g fibre 💪🏼🌱

Morning runs will always be my fave🤍🏃🏼‍♀️

There’s something about getting outside before the day begins that clears the brain fog and gets the endorphins flowing

Running isn’t just about fitness. It’s a time to think, reset and switch off from everything else.

And if you’re not a runner, you don’t have to run to get the benefits. Even a morning walk can help clear your mind, boost your mood and set the tone for the rest of your day✨ by @amym_nutrition

These Frozen Banana Protein Bites are honestly one of the best healthy snacks I’ve made🍌🍫

Creamy, refreshing, naturally sweet and finished with a drizzle of dark chocolate … they taste like a frozen dessert but are packed with protein.

✨ Ingredients:
• 1 banana
• 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• Dark chocolate

Method:

1. Mix the Greek yoghurt, peanut butter and protein powder until smooth.
2. Coat each banana slice in the mixture.
3. Freeze overnight.
4. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate.
5. Freeze again until the chocolate has set.

Leave them out for a minute before eating for the perfect creamy bite.

I am obsessed✨✨✨✨ by @amym_nutrition

Okay… yes, I caved. 🍵😂 I’ve seen this matcha everywhere, so it was finally time to see what all the hype was about.

As a nutritionist, I wasn’t just influenced by the marketing. I wanted to look at the ingredients first, and that’s what made me choose this one.

✨ Ceremonial grade matcha
💚 21 vitamins & minerals
🧠 Lion’s mane + chaga mushrooms
🤍 Collagen protein

After reformer Pilates, I added an extra scoop of protein powder, bringing it up to 33g of protein.

One of the reasons I enjoy matcha is that its packed with its polyphenols and naturally contains L-theanine, which helps me focus and provide steadier energy without the crash.

So far… I get the hype and would definitely recommend
