A good chair starts long before it reaches a project. Nothing beats seeing how it's made. Our PVD team spent the day with @oandgstudio touring the workshop, talking craft, and wrapping things up with clam rolls at @blountretail on the water. Summer field trips >

Hospitality is never accidental; it’s orchestrated.

On episode #240 of the @defininghospitality podcast, our very own Amy Margolis reflects on the discipline behind environments that feel effortless, and the quiet rigor required to create spaces that allow guests to exhale.

The conversation traces her path from California to the East Coast, exploring how diverse career transitions, adaptability, digital collaboration, and continuous learning have shaped her leadership at BAMO. A central theme emerges: anticipating the guest journey is both an art and a responsibility.
