Still reminiscing everything this summer gave me 🫶🏻

Thank you, Murray GSP for the most incredible 5 weeks of my life. Being a scholar has been a dream of mine for years, and I can’t express enough how happy I am that I got to experience everything this program has to offer. From forever friendships, unforgettable life lessons, finding my long lost twin, frolicking in the pouring rain, laughing like no other in the Franklin lobby while having the most insane conversations ever, eating down in Winslow with the divas, every outing into the wilderness (going less than a mile beyond perimeter), walking together in the sweltering heat to Faculty, reigniting my passion for medicine, always spilling the tea to everyone in general studies, stepping out of my comfort zone while cranking that Soulja Boy on stage in front of everyone, pestering Tate about everything in healthcare, singing to the top of our lungs at every single GSParty, learning it’s sometimes best to just dance, group movie dates while taking the best naps ever on the floor of FH 208, dissecting a whole uterus, experiencing the greatest birthday of my life yet, having the most epic barstool account(s) *rip*, chaotic bus rides, stomping around in 316 with the best roommates, forming our own language full of brain rot and inside jokes only we can understand, countless hugs and endless tears, to most importantly being a part of something, a community, that is bigger than myself, GSP has given me everything I ever wanted and more. If I learned anything, it’s to make every minute count. I’m so blessed to have such amazing GSPeople in my life that made every moment memorable. Looking back at the pictures, I noticed how my smile was bigger at GSP than anywhere else. I know this is because I was surrounded by so many who embraced me for being myself and nothing less. Throughout this journey I learned how true it is that the people make the place. While I’d do just about anything to go back, I know that we will be connected no matter where we go and we’ll always find our way back home :)
