This one is all about slowing things down, moving properly, and connecting with good humans.

sunrise beach yoga is back!! here’s all the upcoming dates for trigg beach till mid october 🌞

🌀 tickets will go live one week before the class
🌀 byo yoga mat / beach towel & swimwear
🌀 open to everyone, link in bio to book

& i really hope to add another day & location soon + some pop-up sunset classes. i’m working a few things in the background but update you as soon as i can :)

there’s no other place in the world where 200+ people would wake up at 5am for yoga on the beach, love u perth

this all started from a love of being outside, movement, slowing down and being able to bring a positive start to your day

these classes have grown into something so much bigger than i could’ve ever imagined, i always want them to feel like a safe space you can come back to and i really hope you can always feel that 🫶🏼

an escape into heaven 🥹 a space to move, create and be in nature together. i’ve got soooo many ideas to keep building these experiences for you

my hope is to inspire you to create more, without worrying about whether it’s “good” or what anyone else thinks but creating because it makes you feel good 🫶🏼

to be outside, away from our phones and just be exactlyyyy where you are. i’m working on the details for my next one, i can’t wait to share it with you soooon!

note to self: ALWAYS make sure the sprinklers are turned off at outdoor venues hahahaha

running a business definitely comes with its challenges, but this is something i don’t think i could’ve ever planned for 😅but as always, let’s focus on the positives:

🌀 the sprinklers created a rainbow
🌀 i’ll now always check for sprinklers at outdoor venues
🌀 a unique experience for everyone
🌀 we got to paint in other unreal spots around the venue
🌀 everyone found it funny (thankfully hahaha)
🌀 it happened towards the end of the day
🌀 i actually felt very calm in the chaos (thank u yoga)

a big reflection i’ve had since this happened is that you can’t always control what’s happening around you, but you can control how you choose to respond to it :)

things won’t always go to plan, but there’s always something positive to take away from every situation, even if it’s not what you expected

these mornings are all about all the small things ~ the sun, the surfers, the sky, the birds, the sand, the shells, the people, the hugs, the connection, the coffee & of courseeee the yoga 😅

i want these mornings to remind you to notice the little details in life. to let go of expectations, be present & appreciate exactly where you are, and come as you are

i can’t always guarantee a perfect clear sunrise, buttttt i can promise you you’ll never regret starting your morning outside with us 🫶🏼
