What a season. 🏁

The best @rideagainfoundation season we’ve ever had!
And we’re only going up from here #rideagainfoundation

New gold on the bike, and more important than any wrap:
more survivors getting their bikes ready to ride again.
That’s the mission, and this season proved it works 🌍🏁

To the whole RAF team, our volunteers, our riders, our survivors and their families, every supporter who came out, bought a ticket, or shared our story thank you. Every single one of you made this season what it was. None of it happens without you.

We’re in this together. 🫶

The @rideagainfoundation and @thebikeexperienceusa were created because there was a need for an organization that understood the desires of riders who wanted to ride again. Gone are the days where a rider sits at home wondering what’s possible. We’ve teamed up with the right folks to bring to you an event that is life changing. Come volunteer and be a part of something bigger than yourself. Help us create a path for our brothers and sisters in need.

Remember this: This could happen to you in any given second. Ride safe and protect your bodies, if you ever end up in a situation where you lose a limb or become paralyzed, reach out and a member of our team will contact you as time permits. We’re a small team taking on a mighty feat, give us grace and we’ll take care of you.

Such an amazing experience having my first bike a 2024 zx4rr that I rode before I became paralysed out on the track again. Huge thanks to Tony Pitcock and Michael Petrosini for doing the hard work modifying this bike for me and to everyone at Ride Again Inc for making this experience possible. I’ve never posted or talked about having to graduate high school from the ICU but it was one of the hardest parts of my recovery, I crashed 6 days before I was supposed to walk that stage and I will never get to walk again. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on my journey to where I am now and thank you to everyone who got me back up on two at the ride again track day on June 7th.

Amy became paralyzed after a motorcycle accident, and her father was there to witness the entire moment. At such a young age, a life-changing event like that can completely alter the course of a family’s future. It’s not only a devastating experience for the rider, but also every parent’s worst nightmare, watching their child suffer an injury that changes their life forever.

The journey afterward requires incredible strength from everyone involved. A permanent injury becomes a reality that both the rider and their family must learn to navigate. Yet, it takes an even greater amount of courage to return to the very thing that nearly took your life.

At the @rideagainfoundation and @thebikeexperienceusa we understand what it means to live with loss, adapt to a new reality and find a way forward. We have dedicated our lives to standing beside those who need that support the most.

Congratulations, @amys.moto on getting back on two wheels. Your courage is inspiring and we want to give a special thank you to your mom and dad for placing their trust in us and allowing us to help their baby girl safely return to something she loves.
