POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

People often talk about the physical side of coming back from an injury. The strength, the rehab, the endless repetitions. But sometimes we underestimate the mental battle.

The doubt. The timing. The moment where you stand on top again knowing this is the first real step back. As a coach, you carry that weight too. You hold your breath. You feel the risk. You hope they trust themselves as much as you do.
And then they go.

That moment… the release, the relief, the pride — it’s impossible to describe. This is why we do it.

Youth Olympic Games adventure has come to an end. What an honour to coach these girls and represent the Netherlands on a stage like this.

Thank you @nederlandseskivereniging and @teamnlinsta for the opportunity
