✨ June things & it’s my half birthday today 🌱 43.5 years of growing and evolving 🦋 I was recently called a wildcard by someone who is quite the wildcard themselves. At first, I scoffed — greatly offended, but then, actually, delighted — an attribute I never thought I’d possess, as a woman somehow born with a very strong self-inflicted determination & sense of responsibility resting on my shoulders — however, as I navigate and reshape this bewildering mid-life chapter I find myself in, I am floating in the complete universal unknown, practicing watery fluidity and continuing to release control, I am becoming less afraid of change. After all; in the game of uno, the wildcard is actually the best damn card ever ✨❤️‍🔥 by @ana_koehler

❤️‍🔥 Watch the lake go from deeply frozen and still in January to completely thawed, pink and alive in May 💖

I hadn’t made one of these Lake Champlain dedications since the year began, but I do it as a reminder for myself of what I saw, felt, experienced while next to a body of water and I’m just here to remind everyone that if you haven’t stood at the edge of some water today, this week, this month, please do yourself a beautiful favor and go.
