You know something needs to shift.

You just don’t know what “getting help” is supposed to look like.

Maybe it’s 3 sessions to finally slow your nervous system down. Maybe it’s 6 months of doing the deeper identity work. Maybe it’s something even bigger, a reset that changes how you see everything.

Here’s the truth: there’s no wrong door. There’s just the one that’s right for you right now.

That’s what the discovery call is for. Free. 30 minutes. No pressure, no pitch, just two people figuring out the path together.

You don’t have to have it figured out before you reach out. You just have to reach out.

DM me READY and let’s talk. by @anacortesholbert

You look like you have it all together.

So why are you so exhausted?

You plan everything. Remember everything. Hold everyone together. And your mind never. shuts. off.

This isn’t a willpower problem, it’s a nervous system that never learned it was safe to rest, got to keep accomplishing to keep your worth.

I didn’t learn this from a textbook. I learned it through survival, and 30+ years helping high achievers finally breathe again.

You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.💚 I got you!💚

Ready to exhale?

You love them. YOU love your life. You really do. ❤️

But DAMN, can you just have 5 minutes where nobody needs anything from you?

And then comes the guilt.

Sound familiar?

When was the last time YOU made it onto your OWN priority list?

💚

You’ve mastered handling PRESSURE and balancing it ALL.
But somewhere along the way, did you lose YOU? Are YOU running on empty but still keep going through the motions???

You have the life you worked so hard for. So why aren’t you enjoying it?
💚 DM me MOJO. Let’s change that.

You keep raising the bar. Doing MORE. Achieving MORE. And somehow, it’s STILL not enough.

But WHO decided enough was never enough?

THIS is why I LOVE the work of Conscious Ketamine Coaching! 💚 Exploring the beliefs we didn’t even realize were running the show!

So grateful to hear @bronwyndaviscoaching at the Arizona Psychedelic Conference and share this experience with these incredible women!

Because what if the next level of YOUR life isn’t about achieving MORE… but finally allowing yourself to FEEL it? 💚

Angie Reiman Baker, one invitation to the Apollo Class of ’96 reunion turned into a weekend we will NEVER forget!

Kathy, Amy, Toni and I picked up right where we left off! Former students, colleagues, our principal Jim Threadgill, and so many familiar faces. The laughter, hugs and stories were PRICELESS!

For a moment, we were right back at Hawktown!

Thirty years later, and the love is still there. Once a Hawk, always a Hawk! 💙💛 by @anacortesholbert

You’ve worked your ass off to build this life.

So why is everyone else getting the best of YOU?

You’re successful. You’re capable. You get shit DONE.

But when was the last time you felt truly ALIVE?

That little girl who knew how to laugh, play and find JOY?

She’s still in there. ❤️

And she deserves more than what’s left of YOU.

What’s ONE thing that makes YOU feel alive? Let’s get YOU there again!!!👍💚

You can handle a TON!!
Hell, you’ve been proving that your WHOLE life.

You’re the one who gets 💩SHIT DONE.
The one people COUNT ON.
The ONE who figures IT OUT.

And because you’re so DAMN capable, the BACKPACK just keeps getting HEAVIER.

Here’s the question I want you to sit with…

How the hell did YOU become the last person on your OWN list?

Maybe the answer isn’t getting better at carrying it all.

Maybe it’s finally deciding what was never YOURS to carry in the first place.❤️

If this feels a little too familiar, DM me “BACKPACK.”

Five years ago, I took a chance on myself. 💚

After almost 30 years as an educator, I started Green Light Coaching with no idea exactly where it would take me.

Tonight, my sweet Connor treated me to ABBA Voyage in London to celebrate my 5-year business anniversary. 🥹 So thankful for my family!💚
