Happy Sunday, friends.

Autumn feels like a good season to meet friends. But before meeting, do you ever prepare something for them?
We asked our content team what they would prepare.

@Lorna asks what her friends actually want for their birthdays. For an everyday surprise, she sends flowers straight to their door.
@Wednesday collects little things along the way, like a notebook she finds at a market or a local treat from home. She says it feels like a travel frog sending postcards to friends.
@shanshan prefers making cakes and cookies herself. Like the fox in The Little Prince, she believes that happiness can begin days before the actual meeting.

Sometimes, we choose a piece of clothing for a friend, too. We imagine her wearing it, the weather that day, and where we might meet.

This autumn, we picked a few pieces in soft shades of purple, from mulberry-purple wool to our familiar fig color.

Maybe preparing a gift is also a way of saying: I was already thinking of you before we met.

Happy Saturday, friends.

When we open the window in the early morning, cool autumn air slips through the screen. The sleepiness disappears, replaced by a simple thought: how lucky we are to be here.

We often reach for our phones to keep these little moments. A curled yellow ginkgo leaf on the ground, the river meeting the sky, the evening light falling across a familiar street. Pressing the shutter somehow makes us slow down and notice them a little more.

We do the same with our friends.

Her running toward you with wind-tossed hair. Her face covered in tears after a difficult day. The quiet smile when candlelight falls across her face. Or simply the two of you walking down the street, stopping to photograph a little dog.

A photo holds more than an image. It keeps the scent, the temperature, the sounds around us, and the feeling of being there together. Years later, one glance can bring it all back.

Maybe that is why we keep taking photos.

To remember her, and to remember the time you shared. A photograph does not only preserve what a day looked like. It preserves the feeling of having been there, together.

Happy Friday. Today, we are talking about how to stay close to friends we do not see very often.

Some friendships begin in school, with shared lunches, secret notes, and long walks home. Others begin at university, through tears, late nights, and spontaneous adventures. Some may come from just one meeting, yet leave us with endless things to talk about.

We may no longer live in the same city, and meeting in person may happen less often. We think of them, but sometimes hesitate to send a message, wondering if they are too busy to reply.

So we asked our team how they keep these friendships alive.
@Wednesday sends everyday photos whenever something reminds her of a friend, always adding, "I thought of you."
@Emma keeps a high school group chat where everyone comes and goes freely, but every message is still seen and answered.
@ss simply buys a ticket when she misses a friend and asks, "Are you free this weekend?"

Friendship does not always need frequent meetings. Sometimes it is a photo, a message, or a sudden trip. What matters is leaving a little space in your life for someone, even from far away.

And perhaps that is what our shades of blue are for this early autumn: a small way to carry something with you across the distance, until you meet again.

In our previous Guide to Acting Together, we talked about how to make an invitation. A good invitation lets someone come closer without asking them to be good at it right away.

But what happens when they actually step in and miss the ball, say the wrong thing, or suddenly freeze in front of everyone?

Many people are not afraid of being new at something. They are afraid of being seen being new. Simply put: I can be inexperienced, but I do not want to be embarrassed for it.

Sociologist Erving Goffman explored this through the idea of "face" and "face-work": how people maintain their sense of self in social interaction, and how we help repair it when an awkward moment occurs.

A mistake does not have to become a reason to step away. Sometimes, the people around us can help carry the moment forward, making it easier to stay.

Maybe this is another part of acting together: not everyone has to be good at it. Someone can be new, a little slower, or simply make a mistake. What matters is that someone else is willing to catch them, and gently help the moment move on.

Take time to experience the process itself.

From our own experience, making something gives us more than the final result. With every new season, we watch scattered ideas slowly take shape, from conversations and sketches to a photograph, then finally something real in a girl's eyes. There is something lucky in witnessing that transformation.

The process is never effortless. Concept, shoot, samples, and back again. Before every beginning, there is still pressure. But only when we truly immerse ourselves in it do we get those fleeting flashes of inspiration and those moments of knowing what the other person means without saying much.

And having someone alongside you makes it even better. You create together, notice things together, and sometimes simply share a long, quiet pause.

The journey is the reward.

Yes, results matter. But that doesn’t mean we should give up feeling the process. The process we share becomes a small world of our own. It may be tiny, but we can still be genuinely happy to have made it together.

Happy Tuseday. Today, we step into Guide 02 of TO BE: For All Act, All Advance: How to do something ordinary with a friend.

Sometimes, you just want to be together without having anything planned. A coffee around the corner, an evening breeze by the river, a trip to the supermarket, slowly reading every ingredient on things you do not even plan to buy.

Scene 01: At the fruit shop
After dinner, you wander into a fruit shop. You try different fruits, each of you finding your favorite. You discover a sweet piece of mango, pick it up, walk over, and put it straight into your friend’s mouth.

Scene 02: In a friend‘s room
She watches a new episode while you flip through old Polaroids. The dog jumps onto the bed, then disappears underneath it. Suddenly, she covers her mouth. You already know what she has seen, and the two of you burst into laughter.

None of this sounds particularly memorable. But closeness often lives in these ordinary hours. We do not always need conversation or a purpose. Sometimes, simply sharing the same time is enough.

So next time you meet a friend and have nothing planned, let it be. The unplanned hours may become the memories that stay with you longest.

Happy Monday. Today, we officially begin our new series, TO BE: For All Act, All Advance.

Over the next six scenes, we will trace where a shared action begins, how it unfolds, and what it leaves behind, gathering our own Guide to Acting Together along the way. It’s a small guide for anyone who has ever felt uncertain about meeting people, joining in, or taking the first step.

Our first scene takes us to a small court at the edge of summer. People run, pass, laugh, and play, but none of it happens by itself. Someone has to ask, "Want to join?" Someone else has to answer. And that is where being together begins.

So our first question is simple: How do we make an invitation?

An invitation can be harder than it looks. It asks us to reveal that we want someone closer, and that we hope they will respond. One side worries about rejection or seeming too eager. The other may wonder if they will fit in, keep pace, or be judged once they arrive.

Perhaps a good invitation leaves a little room: you know what you are stepping into, you do not have to be good at it right away, and you can take your time.

Sometimes, moving together begins with nothing more than a simple invitation, and enough space for someone to say yes in their own way.

There is always a place in an everyday wardrobe for a hoodie you can return to again and again. For this one, we made it a little heavier, with extra attention to the softness inside.

Made from 100% cotton, the fabric is brushed on the inside while keeping the outside clean and smooth. A few striped accessories for the colder days ahead.

Yesterday, someone left a comment saying, ”The hat from this collection is too cute!“ So today, we wanted to take a closer look at a few of our new striped accessories.

This time, stripes continue into our triangle knit hat, scarf, and mid-calf socks. Rather than covering an outfit in color, we like the way these small pieces quietly appear: a little color at the top of the head, a scarf wrapped around the neck, or a glimpse of stripes between the trouser hem and shoes.

The hat and scarf are made from the same 26s pure wool yarn, soft and warm for cooler weather. The socks use a cotton blend with stretch and durability, made for everyday wear.

Each piece comes in fine contrast stripes. Match the colors for a more cohesive look, or mix them to create a different rhythm. Sometimes, just a small flash of color is enough to make the weight of winter feel a little lighter.

Terry fabric has been part of AAAD for a long time, and this season, we are bringing it back for the colder months.

Keeping its double-sided construction, with terry loops on the outside and a brushed fleece backing, we have upgraded the fabric to 100% cotton. The small loops create a soft, textured surface, while the brushed inside feels warm and gentle against the skin.

We also reworked the silhouettes to give the body more room to breathe. The hoodie falls loosely over the hips, with dropped shoulders that make the shape feel easy and unrestrained. The lantern-shaped pants pleats at the front of the waist and curve softly toward the ankles, leaving plenty of space to move, sit, and walk.

What we love most is its versatility. It feels just as natural at home as it does outside, whether you are spending a quiet afternoon in the sun or simply heading out for the day.

Another piece from the new collection we wanted to share is our Pure Wool Brioche Stitch Button Cardigan.

It uses the same fabric as the hooded cardigan from our LABELHOOD collaboration, but this time we made it with a simple crew neck and button front. Less like a sweatshirt, a little more like an easy everyday layer.

The idea came from that one piece of clothing we always seem to reach for while traveling. When the morning turns cool, the evening breeze picks up, or the air conditioning gets a little too cold, it is simply there to put on.

Made from a 26s pure wool yarn, it is naturally soft, breathable, and warm without feeling heavy. The brioche stitch gives the knit a full, tactile texture, with enough structure to hold its shape while moving naturally with the body.

The relaxed fit keeps the ease of a hoodie, with clean shoulders, practical slanted pockets, and a button front that makes layering simple.

Made from around 250gsm pure cotton, it sits between a T-shirt and a light sweatshirt. The fabric has a subtle texture, while the slightly irregular stripes bring an easy, almost hand-drawn character.
