A year later and i still don’t have all the answers 🤷🏽‍♀️
I just got way more comfortable asking the questions, changing my mind, trying things and figuring it out as i go 🌬️

Turns out you don’t need to know where you’re going for something to change your life

You just need to start 🤍 by @anafihayati

Find something you really love doing and just keep doing it 🤍

I think life feels a little different when you have things that genuinely make you excited to be here 🌎

Things you want to wake up for, experience again, get better at, and never really stop doing

Maybe that’s how we learn to love living a little more and fear the ending a little less 🌊

What happens when you leave everything behind and just listen to yourself? 🌍

For me, it started in Bali… and it’s only the beginning. 🌿💫

We’ve learned so much about the world around us, but there’s an entire world happening inside us that we barely understand.

From anatomy and the nervous system to ancient philosophy, human behavior and consciousness, my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training @ohanayogaacademy has been opening up questions I never thought to ask.

And the more we learn, the more fascinating it gets.

Maybe yoga was never just about what we can do with our bodies, but also what we can begin to understand about ourselves 🌱

And most importantly, the beautiful people I get to share this space, experience and journey of discovery with 🦋 by @anafihayati

A little bit of everything 🌎 by @anafihayati

You’d be surprised how much your life changes when you start paying attention to what makes you feel good, what doesn’t and actually doing something about it 🩵

The plan was too good to wait for company 🤗

One thing I know for sure: the deeper you go, the more you question, the more you see and the more you allow yourself to change 🐳

So go deeper 🤍

Crazy how some of the ugliest experiences can teach you how to appreciate the most beautiful ones 🩵🤍🌊🐬🧿

And thank God for a place where everything goes quiet for a little while 🧜🏽‍♀️
