🌈 BRIGHTON PRIDE @brightonprideofficial VIDEO is live on @201dancecompany YouTube, link in their bio, and will be shown between 6.45 - 7.45pm main stage on Saturday ❤️‍🔥 HUGE well done to the team on this! @raye
🧠 - direction & choreography by @theandreawalker
🎥 - shot by @jjbrady1
❤️‍🔥Creative direction by @yazmataz_ @mike.mmi @theingarock
🌈cannot describe how much it meant to be able to extra in this video and shoot this scene (as well as the rest ofc) - sometimes being at the top of a field during golden hour, standing really tall next to an army of other people showing up as they are and feeling that collective power, the support, the connection, and sprinting ur lil heart out down a hill goes a long way towards unlearning internalised shame who knew!! Feeling more saved than ever in 2026 & grateful Pattie Gonia exists to inspire this piece as well🫶
🌈grateful for the experience and INSPIRED by all the hard work that went into this. Watched it with the housemates and we all bawled like babies. Thank you💚❤️‍🔥

🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ keeping pride political always❣️ can’t put into words how much this weekend at @cambridgepride meant and how gorgeous it was. So grateful for the beautiful souls in my life, with so much love for. Absolutely incredible humans. Inspired. Awed. Fired up.
🌈there’s nothing more beautiful than continually learning yourself, allowing expression, and not apologising to a (cis)tem for showing up as you are. Said best by Knuckle and Will of @nowthatswhaticalldrag , pride will always be political. Update: I just realised you can’t hear the NTWICD speech because of the song… but trust it was a good one😩😂 our lil faces in the crowd express just how good😌 (full versions in the Cambridge pride video!)
🌈It’s also JOYFUL and VISIBLE at a time when visibility is more important than ever💜 thank you so much to the pride team and performers for putting on a gorgeous event 💜
Also thank u @ihatezand for releasing this in 2019 and it only took me half a decade to integrate why I was listening to it on repeat for so long HA

🧠 - @ayeshagreed THANK YOU for this one I adore it!!! @adelajergova has been in my brain nonstop these few weeks so was delicious to dance to her again🥰
✨had to chill on it this week due to some crazy knee and hip inflammation over the past couple of weeks with a lot of pain so the face was not face-ing but it felt so embodying🫶

🦋blue hair appreciation she’s hit 3 ish weeks idk if i should keep her! 🫐🐟🐠 I woke up and my hair was blue!! but I didn’t have time to solve that mystery bc life has been intense in all the amazing and good and busy and stressful ways then I found myself in Kent and I don’t remember the last time I went on the swing!! Appreciating life, feeling more present, rehoming brothers’ hats and jackets💙🩵💚🩷

🧠 - @thestilettoprince SO HAPPY to learn from Raj again after such a loooong time!! Your talent and your brain are like an injection of adrenaline frrrr thank you thank you!
🏡 - @flexstudios_ ❤️
🦋when I had to leave Brum, leaving Raj’s classes was one of the hardest parts as they kept me going week to week when I was at the lowest I’ve ever been and idk that I’ve really shared how sacred that space at Realtone was for me in 2021🥲
🦋am just feeling extra grateful to be able to move and train my body in the ways I can now and it felt full circle learning from someone who I started my heels journey with so long ago, now having come back with more intention
🦋everyone was so gorgeous embracing the challenge - thank you Raj thank you flex!!❣️

🧚in my joy is resistance era🧚 HUGE love and appreciation for my team in this life, idk what I’d do without you.❣️
🪭 cheeky bit of @willpower.drag representing at @brightonprideofficial 🤪
✨my entire nervous system has legit been waiting for brighton pride these past few weeks since Cambridge, reading anything online or in the news is horrifying, and with our rights constantly being fucked with it felt hugely needed. I am fortunate enough to be in a space where I can express myself safely and hold onto who I am, but this is not the case for the majority of queer people in the world. Pride and visibility are so special; meeting and seeing other people express themselves was pivotal for my journey. This year, I’ve found more capacity to show up and be visible, which feels like it’s not much, but it’s so much more than I’ve been able to do these past years so I’m extremely grateful to all the spaces and the people that can make it happen❤️💜
🧚 some speeches by @thisisopheliapayne and @thisknucklesandwich and @willpower.drag - figured out I can caption them😂 thank you to everyone involved in creating these spaces🫶
And as Knuckle says… spray that on your f**king roundabout and smoke it‼️
