It's been two years since the publication of My Mother Cursed My Name! This book has changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. Un millón de gracias to everyone who has read this story and shared it with others. Y otro millón de gracias to everyone who has considered reading it or added it to their tbr. If you would like to read or reread this little debut novel, consider checking out a copy at your local public library. And then consider exploring all the wonderful resources and services your public library has to offer, including more titles for your growing tbr. If you would like to own a copy of this book, consider purchasing it from an independent bookstore near you. Public libraries and independent businesses make the world a better place, just like books and readers like you. 💛

One final thank you. 🩷

Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of attending the Literary Women Long Beach Festival of Authors where I got to meet the most amazing, talented, intelligent and kind people. Seeing authors, readers, and festival organizers interact with each other so openly and joyously was a unique and inspiring experience that I will treasure forever. Thank you @literarywomenlb for creating a safe, welcoming space for diverse writers and for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your celebration of women's stories. 💙 by @anamelysalgado
