Between the Sips is one of those Jakarta bars that doesn’t try to dazzle through noise — it draws you in through intention. Led by Bartender and founder, Niko Idham Kholid, the bar treats cocktails as stories: thoughtful, emotional, and shaped by the idea that every element should mean something. Their current menu, The Journey of Life, reflects this approach with drinks built around the past, present, and future. As Niko puts it, “bartending is an art… every element must carry meaning.”

Co-Founder Anand Mulani envisioned the bar as a second home rather than another loud addition to the city’s nightlife. The focus is on service, presence, and genuine connection — the kind that happens between bartender and guest, between one sip and the next. With ongoing programs like Between the Sharing, the team also hopes to support education and growth within the industry. It’s a bar shaped by heart and humility, offering a slower, more reflective way to experience cocktails in Jakarta.

1,460 days and counting...

Every parent would say the same thing, how time flies and how amazing it is to have the Lil’ one in our life.
And im no less to say and express it the same way.,

4 years ago i held you in my arms, a ‘Mini-me’, and how my world change and it revolves around you. The excitement, the joy, the comfort, all these emotions just became constant with you around.
