Happy 75th Birthday Daddy! I love this picture of us! While we weren’t able to take you to a restaurant to celebrate, momma, Eutoria, Dre, Stu and I got to bring you steak and potatoes for your big day today. Although you were in pain you pushed through and made it to dessert. Had a wonderful time this weekend at our Cox-Nash family reunion. I finally got to meet my little cousin Josiah and mom Amanda who ironically works where I do! Sorry there aren’t more pictures, I was relaxing and catching up with my aunts and uncles and cousins I grew up with. Definitely needed this! by @anash752

Once upon a time, I had time to make things like this for my friends and family, this made me laugh and cry a bit because finding the energy to BAKE or COOK something has been exhausting to do let alone think about. This was my world, my stress reliever, and how I show love. I hope that I can get back to this one day, but I’ve learned that caregiving for a loved one (or two sometimes) no including myself is A LOT. If you know of someone who is caregiver for a loved one, please check in on them, give them a break from it if you can-you have no idea how much that would mean to them and for them! by @anash752
