Today in class, my professor said, "it's one of those rarest of days where one feels happy to be living in Delhi. The city looks beautiful today."
And it really did.

Between self doubt and self pity, writing anything feels worthless. I haven't written in a while, nor do I have pictures to justify how beautiful the city looked today, but who has ever been able to run away from apni pyaari Dilli?
I don't write today because Dilli looks ethereal, Dilli looked ethereal so that I could write today.
Hain thodi si aisi ye Dilli.

Even the now burning Delhi has brought forth words, I wonder what Nizamuddin's Dilli would've felt like.
Probably like Khusrau's poetry.
