Thank you everyone including those I have not met yet for keeping me encouraged during my time in school. It was not easy and I wanted quit a lot of times but I knew I had to keep going.

It feels super gratifying accomplishing something when every obstacle was in the way

My passion and purpose is to help heal people with my hands 🙌🏾

I love when people feel vulnerable enough on my table to share things that they’re going through because it makes my job even more meaningful.

Just knowing that this is my way of helping to relieve some of the stressors and heaviness from everyday life that people are carrying in this crazy world makes me happy and feel fulfilled.

Sometimes people don’t get a break or a chance to take care of themselves, so it’s my job to do that for you while you’re with me.

Intentional touch is healing and can give you just what you need to reset and pour into yourself. 💕🫶🏾

3 Things you can start doing today to slow down the signs of aging!

1. Wearing sunscreen everyday! This is a non negotiable if you want to prevent those fine lines and wrinkles prematurely. The Sun will age you faster than anything!

2. Getting enough Rest at night. This is easier said than done, but as much as we can we should try to aim for at least 6-8 hours. Our skin repairs itself at night while we’re asleep.

3. Eating a healthy well balanced diet (as much as it is within your control) This will look different for everyone. Making small changes everyday by adding in healthier options to our diet makes a huge difference in the appearance of our skin. A healthy diet gives your skin cells what they need to function and prevent premature aging.

It’s inevitable that we all are going to get older, however the goal is to age gracefully 🌱🌞🧴

Seeing a licensed Esthetician such as myself can help you with knowing what products to use on your skin , what sunscreen to use and getting regular facial treatments will help with the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles!

This cutie came in today with concerns about Acne and Hyperpigmentation A.K.A ( the pesky dark spots that darker skin tones get so easily)

Shes never had acne before then all of a sudden started breaking out leaving her with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and it’s most likely due to her hormones.

So we started working to repair her skins barrier and getting her skin nice and hydrated , also we are coming up with a plan to help fade her dark marks and keep her acne at bay.

We discussed dietary changes , water intake , proper rest, the importance of sunscreen and also seeing her gynecologist for hormone testing.

We’re going to get her on a homecare regimen and see her again in about a month for another treatment.

Excited to see this change and transformation

Cleansing is one of the most important steps in your skincare routine! 🫧💦

Make sure you don’t rush this step. Take your time and enjoy it , and cleanse thoroughly

You should be cleansing twice for 60 seconds each time, this method is known as Double Cleansing.

I recommend a creamy cleanser for the first cleanse to remove makeup , dirt, oil and debris. It also gives the skin nourishment and instantly hydrates

The second cleanser should be a cleanser for your skin type! This is why it’s important to see an Esthetician to know the difference and what you should be using.
