I was woken up out of my sleep this morning to share this word.

We all have different journeys and we all walk different paths and walking in obedience isn’t always what people portray it to be.

You may have days where everything’s working and there may be days when you’d rather walk away.

You may have days where God sends you confirmation that you’re on the right track and there may be days when it feels like He’s incredibly silent.

You may have days where you know you were created for this and there may be days where you question your entire existence.

You may have days where the applause is loud and there may be days when everyone questions why you’re doing what you’re doing.

But at the end of the day, your obedience could be the very thing that inspires someone else to do the same. Your obedience is often tied to someone else’s breakthrough or deliverance.

While obedience definitely isn’t always the most pleasurable or aesthetic journey, the reward is always absolutely worth it.

Still can’t believe I sat on this scent for a whole year BUT better late than never!

While there are hints of pumpkin notes in it, this isn’t your typical fall candle. It’s truly the perfect blend of vanilla, caramel, and cardamom. Warm, cozy, and just the right amount of spice.

May this serve as a reminder that harvest requires preparation. Sometimes you have to make room for what you’ve been praying and waiting for before you can see it coming.

If you were around before the rebrand, you know that I used to use wood wicks in my candles. Since rebranding, I switched from wood wicks to wickless candles.

The switch was for a number of reasons, but the primary reason being safety.

Proper candle care is essential to the overall safety, burn, and use of a candle –something I didn’t learn until I began to make them. This includes wick-trimming before every use, not burning once reaching 1/4” of remaining wax, not leaving candles unattended, and not burning candles for more than 4 hours at a time.

Wickless candles are not only easier to manage, but also a much safer option for those with pets & small children.

As a mom of 2 young kids (boys in particular 🫠), having an open flame is a hefty risk. So this time around, I decided to go with an option that would allow me to enjoy my candles without worry. Not to mention, the scent throw is phenomenal & candles last longer.

Wickless candles are perfect for office spaces, rentals, dorm rooms, or other spaces that don’t allow for open flames.

Candle warmer lamps can be purchased at many major retailers for $20 or less. Mine came from @walmart & it’s been the perfect addition to my home decor.
