Chef Thomas creates magic in the kitchen and his meals are the focal point of a stay at Åmot. He loves to showcase Norwegian cuisine with a modern twist and is an expert forager.

The Fjeldfolk team lead guests on amazing adventures from the depths of the fjord to the highest mountain tops. Experts at coaxing guests outside of their comfort zones, they are our favourite action men...and women!

Beyond the safari…

Earlier this month, Natalie hosted a memorable fam trip in Kenya exploring the Mara and Samburu before heading to the incredible Borana Conservancy, one of the country’s most successful rhino sanctuaries, for a few days at @lengishu.house

Agents were hosted for a jam packed few days of culture and adventure, including some unforgettable activities like Rhino tracking on foot, horseback safari, flying over the plains in an open side heli, sundowners at Pride Rock and of course experiencing some of Chef Sam’s fabulous cooking for breakfast in the bush. Downtime on safari is essential and there is no better place than Lengishu to unwind by the inviting fireplaces, relaxing in your copper rolltop bathtub or tea by the beautiful pool watching a family of elephants passing by the hills beyond.

Thank you to an incredible group of travel professionals who really became true travel companions, creating so many special memories along the way.

As with most that travel there, Kenya definitely steals piece of your heart and you know it certainly won’t be your last time to visit. Who’s joining us next time? taken in Borana Conservancy by @and.gaia

October and November are prime truffle hunting months and the wonderful people at Secret Dalmatia can arrange for your clients to spend the day with Tonći and Ivana Najev, Dalmatia’s pioneering father-daughter truffle-hunting duo.

Together with their loyal pups - Aldi, Indi, Freya, Ben, and Jin - guests will join Tonći and Ivana as they venture through ancient oak forests in search of truffles.

The hunt ends the way all good things in Croatia should: gathered around a rustic table in the forest, enjoying a relaxed open-air meal infused with the truffles and paired with local wines. by @and.gaia
