I figured it was probably time to reintroduce myself... because let’s be honest, I’m pretty much a whole new human these days 👽 The last time I posted my face on here, I was just over three months pregnant... and now I’m a sleep deprived mum of a 10-month-old. 🤯 Since becoming a mum, my approach to both business and design has shifted. I’m creating with a new level of care, perspective and appreciation for the little details. (And if I’m honest... now that the pregnancy brain fog has lifted, my creativity has well and truly returned too! 🤍) Behind the scenes, I’ve been busy designing new brands, working with both new and returning clients, creating educational content and finally bringing one of my goals for this year to life... reconnecting with my email community. We recently had the pleasure of working with @nomad.naturalhealth to bring their brand identity to life 🌺 A new naturopathic clinic opening soon on Perth’s Northern Beaches. Founded by Megan, Nomad Natural Health exists to bring together ancient wisdom and modern medicine through a thoughtful, evidence-led approach to holistic health. With a focus on treating the whole person, the clinic is built on the belief that science and nature can work beautifully together. The goal for this brand was to create a visual identity that reflected that philosophy. We created a brand that balances science with soul through a warm, earthy colour palette, tactile textures and custom elemental illustrations inspired by nature & history. Every detail was intentionally designed to feel authentic, grounded and welcoming; creating a brand that feels as considered and holistic as the care behind it. I can finally share our last branding project of 2025 🫣✨ We created the full brand identity for a new hospitality precinct that has just opened in Townsville, North Queensland. From logo design and brand identity through to building signage, merchandise, business cards, email signatures and some in-venue collateral, every touchpoint was designed to feel cohesive, considered and memorable. You’ll also spot a sneak peek of their sister brand in one of the slides; more on that later this year 👀 … I’m currently on maternity leave and will be back in the studio from April. In the blink of an eye, my 6 months of maternity leave has come to an end. 😅 Before I went on leave, I had the expectation that while on mat leave I’d have the time to: refresh my branding, update my website, refine my processes, and create a full branding launch guide. But here we are… and none of that quite happened… babies take up a lot of time (who knew) 🤷🤣 Instead, I spent this time soaking up the most precious (and fleeting) newborn moments. We went to mothers’ groups and coffee catch-ups with friends also on mat leave, we had (and still have) sleepless nights, being a full-time milk machine, slow days at home, tummy time, pram walks, even a broken toe.…and the best part ~ getting to know my little angel girl. 🍼☕️🥱 I’ll be back in the studio next week, getting straight into some branding projects (I have some exciting ones lined up!). Face Forme reached out at the end of last year wanting a fresh new site that truly reflected their branding and future direction. We gave their online presence a much-needed facelift to showcase the luxe, high-end beauty treatments offered at their Gold Coast and surrounding clinics with a more functional and effortless design. Working with Jana, Face Forme’s head cosmetic nurse, was such a pleasure. Together we brought her vision of a luxury website to life — the final missing piece to perfectly complement her offerings and the stunning clinic interiors. Brand REFRESH for an old favourite 💛 Every design choice for @mrsjonesdenmark has been thoughtfully made to honour its rich history; evoke a sense of warmth, and reflect the character of the Old Butter Factory building it calls home. The colour palette draws directly from its surroundings: a soft butter yellow nods to the building’s past, while earthy greens mirror the iconic palm tree out front. Creams, caramels and warm timber tones layer in comfort and nostalgia; creating an identity that’s both grounded and inviting. The logo design combines a bold uppercase serif that’s elegant and timeless; with gentle curves and subtle joins to introduce warmth and approachability. It’s strong yet soft, classic yet current. The brand speaks clearly and confidently to its audience: people who appreciate quality, intention, and the kind of experience that lingers long after the last sip. The only element we kept from the original branding is the stacked circle icon. Mrs Jones has always been more than just a cafe - it’s a place that feels like home. Meet Buggi 🐞🤎 where innovation meets parenthood! Say hello to a brand that redefines convenience, designed to make life on the go effortless and stylish. Designing a brand for Buggi was all about capturing the heart of this incredible family-run business and their mission to make parenting easier while inspiring adventure. The colour palette draws from the beauty of nature—soft greens, earthy browns, and calming blues—symbolising the outdoor experiences Buggi makes possible. The ladybug mascot is a playful nod to the brand name, adding a fun, childlike charm while representing family, love, and travel. The logo animation cleverly mirrors the functionality of Buggi’s product: seamlessly communicating the ease of converting a pram into a backpack.
