The Face Serum that does it all 🌞 A powerful botanical blend that turns a 10-step skincare routine into 1. Perfect for us high quality, low maintenance individuals.

She (the Face Serum) hydrates, she brightens, she refines texture, she reduces redness, she heals blemishes — all leaving you with clear radiant skin. So good, even @capbeautydaily loves her 🌞 by @and.treadwell

Each product has been thoughtfully designed with solely purposeful and high quality ingredients that are real, gentle and allow one to trust what is going on their body. 🌱 by @and.treadwell

A major pinch me moment – & Tread Well is offically sold at Nordstrom (@nordstrom )!

Two and a half years ago we were speaking &TW into existance on our nightly walks through Brooklyn. And here we are today with our collection of 100% natural skincare, hair care and body care available in one of the largest department stores in the world. This doesn’t happen every day!

Thank you for the love + support! Shop & Tread Well online at Nordstrom❤️

A quick note from our Hudson Valley studio: Our Hand & Body Wash is moving into a new bottle soon so it matches the rest of our collection.

If you love our current aluminum bottle, now is the time to stock up. We have a final batch available through next month before we make the official switch.

Don’t worry, the formula inside isn’t changing at all (though we might have a new scent arriving soon). Made for both indoor showers and outdoor bathing, this biodegradable concentrate cleanses gently without stripping your skin. A simple base of olive oil, coconut oil, and aloe vera gives it a soft, rich lather that restores essential lipids and keeps your microbiome balanced with every wash.

The secret to survive dry (dry, dry!) winter skin… Oil Cleansing 💦 by @and.treadwell

We’re a pretty relaxed bunch, but there are a few things that just aren’t going to fly around here 🫶🫶🫶 by @and.treadwell

There is constant rhetoric around woman’s bodies telling us to remain stuck in time. That somehow were better off defying gravity. An underlying message telling us to get back to our “old selves”. And at a certain point, a call to grieve our “prime.”

We reject that industry norm.

Aging is beautiful.

Getting older is to be celebrated. Grey hair and wrinkles are signs of wisdom and a life well lived. There are stories to be told, memories to be shared. Aging is a privilege. And it is beautiful. by @and.treadwell

Step into the world of & Tread Well 🌾 by @and.treadwell

Our mom always says the world moves too fast. Taking care of your skin should be the quiet part of your day.

Somewhere along the way, we were taught that skin health means:

• 10 different products every morning
• Aggressive chemical resurfacing
• Synthetic scents that give you a dull headache

We choose a gentler rhythm instead.

No quick-fixes. No erasing the marks of a life well-lived. Just whole, cold-pressed plant oils that nourish your barrier and let you slow down. by @and.treadwell

Me oh my! What an abundant past couple of weeks we’ve had 🤍 Between @fieldandsupply and @countrylivingfair we have gotten to see so many of our favorite glowing faces and meet that many more! Everybody better be well hydrated going into winter because the oils were flowing!!

Next up @awoolenaffair on Thurs + Fri! 🧶🐑 by @and.treadwell
