Not every day has to be an A-plus day.

Ali Londrigan has learned that becoming a better runner isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it’s about being intentional, staying consistent, and understanding what your body actually needs.

From learning to back off on easy days to sharpening the mental side of racing, Ali talks about how much her approach has changed since freshman year at Glenwood.

🎙️ Full conversation with Ali Londrigan on Ándale Run. 🌶️

Molly’s story is a good reminder that confidence doesn’t always show up all at once.

She talks about learning to believe she belonged, how much her Winnebago teammates have helped her grow, and why a successful season is about more than just winning or chasing a time.

Sometimes it’s simply being able to look back and know you gave what you had that day.

🎙️ New episode with Molly Webb on Ándale Run. 🌶️
