the coolest thing about me is that i’m @mackkbuck’s wife

one whole month since I married my best friend.

it’s hard to put this day into words.

as a little girl i had always dreamed of my wedding day. what would i look like? who would i be marrying? where would it be? and so on.

but what i never dreamed of was how i would feel, and more specifically how would that person make me feel.

well mackenzie, you made me feel so seen, special, & loved in ways i never thought possible. our wedding day was beyond my wildest dreams because i got to say ‘I do’ to you.

like i said at the end of my vows,

“every day I wake up and roll over and the first thing I say is “I love you, you’re my best friend.”

and while I know you think I talk sometimes just to talk, I don’t say it just to say it.

I say it because I fear that there ever will be a day that I can’t roll over and say it to you anymore.

and so each day that I have the privilege of waking up and saying those 7 words to you is the new best day of my life.

I promise to love you until the lights go out.”

I genuinely can’t think of a better entrance to walk into your first dance. Some moments are just impossible to put into words, and this was one of them. The energy, the emotion, the excitement; it was everything. @haleyocallaghan right?!?

Mackenzie & Andie, you were the most beautiful brides. I will not get over this day and can’t wait to share more.

This month my (almost) brother & sister-in-law got married and I had the absolute honor of officiating their wedding. It was truly the most perfect day and I’ve never smiled or cried so damn hard (happy tears of course lol).

Jenny & Brendan, I am so incredibly happy for you and feel so lucky to call you my family 🫶🏻

happy 30th birthday to my lady ‪‪❤︎‬

I wish the whole world could truly know every incredible piece of you, but at the same time I also want to keep you all to myself as my own special little slice of heaven.

You’re kind, thoughtful, witty, nonjudgmental, forgiving, hardworking, accepting, selfless, sincere, patient, loyal, strong (in the mental sense at least lol), supportive, loving, & so much more.

I wish I was there for every moment of your last 30 years to see everything that shaped you into this amazing woman who you are today, but I suppose I’ll settle for being there for the next 30(+) and see every person who you are yet to become.

I love you with everything inside of me and more.
