This weekend! My last full weekend of shows before getting married! Next weekend is bachelorette stuff and the following is when we say our “I do’s”.

Friday I’ll be kicking it off with Songwriter’s night in Utopia, TX. Then headed to Fredricksburg on Saturday and back to New Braunfels with my band for a second show!🤘🎶🎵❤️ by @andiholleman

Honky Tonk Thursday- I’m comin’ for ya!!!!!
**I saved my most favorite recent picture for this poster**🤓
It’s been about a year and a half since we’ve gotten to play that main stage at @gruenehall with my full band, The Highroad. 6 piece! Me, Montoya (mandolin & vocals), Drew (bass & vocals), Jack (lead guitar), Jake (drums), Azariah (fiddle). We are kicking the night off for the lovely and ever so talented @charlyreynoldsmusic ! Fun fact: I was on Roots & Branches in 2024 at the @theredbirdnbtx on @knbtfm 92.1 KNBT-FM. Back when my hair was blonde and @tom.gillam ’s hair was black 😎✅ I took a selfie with @raywylie that day after he interviewed me and Tom on the radio. Good times!! by @andiholleman

Connor Monotya and I have been jamming together since before I started doing this full time. Way before. I was working as a GM for Whataburger at the time. I was performing at the @thephoenixsaloon every Saturday. I was also running the open mic on Wednesdays. This guy moved to town and then jumped on stage with me to play his 6-string bass and/or mandolin. I was blown away and we connected immediately. After about 18 months of that, I eventually convinced him to sing background vocals with a microphone. He was doing it anyway without a mic. Every Wednesday and Saturday. (thank you, Phoenix Saloon❤️)
Fast forward- It was starting to rain after a show at Gruene Hall. Azariah Reese (who happens to be in my band when we need a fiddle player but is also an amazing photographer📸 🎻) came in and said, “hurry and get the band outside before it starts to pour for a photo shoot”. I didn’t argue. I just grabbed my band and said “let’s go”. We all ran outside in front of this old car in front of the hall and had an impromptu photo shoot. Montoya and I beat everyone out. So he snapped this one of us before the rest of the band got there. You can see the giant rain drop marks on the ground. I love this picture and am so glad Az (@wingnut.music @_azariah_reese_ )took it. I’m even more glad that I get the absolute honor of having Connor in my life. I would do anything for him. I’m so lucky to know him and make music with him. Thank you, Connor Montoya, from the bottom of my heart for sticking with me all this time. Thank you for your hard, genius work at your craft.
