This time I have a three litre kimchi fermentation jar. I've made a new recipe including red cabbage and brown sugar. That's why it's darker than the last version.

I made this keto bread recipe over the last 4 years and tried to add as many healthy ingredients as I could.

At the start, I should have said "a" recipe for keto bread, as there's many ways to create it.

In the video, you'll see me roughly add ingredients, but please use the exact measurements to start with. Then adjust/add/remove according to your taste.

Microwave is 900W, full power. If your mixture does not set then microwave for another 30 minutes.

Special #Friday #keto meal.

1st course – Devilled eggs and salad – eggs mixed with mayo, seasoned and topped off with sweet #paprika

2nd course – “Not” Ossobuco, as I made adjustments. e.g. no gremolata, veal for beef and used red wine – slow cooked at 150 degrees Celsius for 4 hours. Also served with green beans and roasted garlic. Finally, the photo shows a #Hasselback potato, almost kryptonite for keto people, which was on Mrs Not Keto’s plate and not on mine.

The result; Mama Mia! It was #delicious and will definitely be made again. It’s brilliant for a cheap cut of meat and the bone marrow is a treat too.

My first #kefir, and accompanied by 85% dark chocolate sprinkles, #almonds and a #walnut.

Was made with a #kefir culture mixed into about half a litre of Alpro plant milk, and it worked! After 48 hours it was thick creamy and tangy.

Search for @jamieoliver 's seared tuna and you'll get a wonderful take on cooking tuna. This side of the plate was delicious and "cheffy". The other side of the plate was our usual fayre, broccoli and a small amount of parsnip and sweet potatoe mash. Olive oil was added later.

I'm keto, and they went to the trouble of designing a special keto dessert as part of their Sunday Roast menu. I've never had this done before, and feel very special. By the way, the rest of the meal was sensational, and that's no exaggeration. Bravo!!
