“You’re magic.” ✨

While I appreciate hearing that from my clients, the magic actually happens when we access something different within them.

They open to a wider range of information, ideas, creativity and insights

— things that speak to them so deeply that they feel compelled to act on them.

They let go of tension and heaviness in their body, their energy and their minds.

And something shifts. ✨

There’s more flow.
Things feel lighter.
Clarity comes.
Movement happens.

And because we’re getting to what’s underneath the surface...

... those shifts can happen quickly — and become integrated in a way that changes how they move forward.

That’s the magic. ✨

And here's something to try for yourself:

Why does this matter?

CLEAN ENERGY creates results.

You've got a big presentation, media opportunity, pitch ...

If you are unaware of the impacts of your energy, you will be bringing things into this opportunity that don't need to be there...

And that will diminish the impact you're wanting to make. ✨

We're human so we do that.

👉🏻 Pre-conceptions about how it will turn out or around the other people involved.

👉🏻 Hidden judgements of others or ourselves.

👉🏻 Our past results - whether positive or negative

👉🏻 Beliefs about ourselves or possibilities that are faulty

... Sometimes, it requires someone outside of us to hold the space, ask the questions, shine a light on the blindspots...

DEEP EMPATHY.

Feels like being wrapped in a blanket

It's powerfully transformative.

🤲 You feel like someone understands what you're going through - whether or not they've had a similar experience.

You feel heard. Seen. Understood. Validated. Cared for.

Personally, through my cancer journey I've felt a lot of empathy.

→ My central sleep apnea...not so much. There is less understanding of the complexity and severity.

I really have felt the gap between empathy and 'less empathy'.

What I have received isn't bad - it's just different.

Of course there are a few key people in my life who have expressed the deepest of empathy, and because it's such a high value, I appreciate it so much. 🙏

→ My clients feel and appreciate it the same way. Much more than the strategic, tools, advisory guidance...

Those empathetic sessions are what they remember and what truly causes a shift.💫

Palpable and tangible.

→ In how they feel and move through the day.

→ How they show up in their leadership.

→ How centred and powerful they feel.

→ In their ability to create more flow, momentum, success, impact.
