I’ve been sculpting. Bleeding into. This book. And I’m proud to say it’s complete after 7 years. A long time, to write a poetic tome, to be creatively tidal-locked with it. Yet the timing to share couldn’t be more real. Everything in me is ready to be ‘exposed’ in my honesty and to feel thankful for sharing it with yall.

Connect to what you want, in this book or in life. I don’t claim this to be the cure to life nor do I pretend it is—but…your gratefulhood can save you.
