I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with someone who shares my vision and whom I trust 100 percent. And who shows me white horses at night. taken in Alsace, France by @andre.uhl

I’m taking over THF Radio Berlin again, this Saturday from 19:00-00:00. Following my 1-hour opening DJ set, REFUTURE, a collaborative live project by Misha Rodionov & Dmirtiy Emelianov, will explore the depths of Rodionov’s unreleased archive with elements of Trip Hop, IDM, Ambient and Folktronica. At 21:00 Anna Butter will take us on a journey through a hybrid live-DJ set blending vocals, textures and deconstructed rhythms. Giri-affiliate xPOLLYx will offer a special THF DJ set including jazz, krautrock and ambient grooves, going through a vortex of escalating feelings, and culminating in punk, grindcore, and powerviolence. We will end the night with a 1-hour b2b experiment incl. all artists. The event will be streamed and happening live on site. Come by, hang with us and wave goodbye to summer the right way taken in THF Radio by @andre.uhl

V I D E O P R E M I E R E - André Uhl’s remix of Fire by Fetter
Inspired by the cool darkness and sparse explosions of Uhl’s remix, Fetter (Jess Tucker) reimagined her own video-making process in stark black and white. A restless, thrashing camera orbits like an aggressive pendulum around a body brought to its knees by the weight of…being. “Cursed with a yearning, you are defenseless” growls Fetter’s voice, stripped bare and direct in Uhl’s reworking. Tracing the sharp edge of desire and of hope, “Fire” speaks from the longing that keeps us alive, makes us strive, frustrates and disappoints us, cracks us open and breaks our hearts, and reminds us what it costs to feel anything at all.

Remix album and original record both available now on Bandcamp via @osare.editions. by @andre.uhl

I’m taking over THF radio this Saturday for an evening of rhythmic experimental music interventions in a circle of friends. I will open the night with a 1h DJ set followed by Konstantin Prishep taking you on a live sound journey by using analog synthesizers to weave a container of ambient soundscapes and polyrhythmic groves. Next up is Azemad performing one of his raw, instinctive, genre free and DAWless live sets. Kasei P will close the show with psychedelic sounds and electronic rhythms, all infused with distortion and jazz music. The event will be streamed and is happening on site. Come over, get a drink and hang out!

This is not a suicide cult ritual, it’s a previous No Moon Listeance. It’ll look something like this on Wednesday, May 8th, when we do a pre-release listening session for my new album Every Step Causes a Crack at @nomoon___ South Williamsburg/NYC. dm for details! taken in New York City by @andre.uhl
