What's sup family! We just closed on our new home. Man all Glory to God. You wouldn't believe the story if I told you. It basically just fell in our hands and it's everything we wanted from the pool to the drive way, how we wanted the street to look, how we wanted the kitchen to look. Not one kitchen but we have two kitchens now. I'm still smiling right now!!

It's a blessing to be able to move my family to bigger and better. I love taking care of them and putting us in a better life.

We ain't dreaming no more. Go after what you want your life to look like. You want that car go get it! You want that house go get it. You want that big bank account go get it. You want to live on vacation go put that work in to achieve that.

I am a living example of it's not where you come from it's where you’re going.🙌🏿 Let's gooooooooo 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
A couple videos
We wasn't moving in another house if it didn't have a pool so we came Bigger pool with a Pool house 🌪️🌪️🌪️

What's going on family!! It’s been 4 years since I quit my job and became an full entrepreneur! Check that first Picture out. Every year since I stepped out on faith, I have tripled our income. I retired my wife from work a year and a half ago. 2 1/2 months into 2024 we surpassed the million dollar mark. Let's gooooooo!! Step out on faith. Believe in yourself. Keep Grinding. It's not going to happen over night and you’re going to have to put that work in but it's going to happen! Get that tunnel vision. Don't let nobody get in the way. Keep pushing the needle foward. Let's gooooooooooo 🔥🔥🔥✈️✈️✈️✈️✈️
Glory to GOD‼️🙏🏿🙏🏿

Get them haters from around you. Get them people that don't see the vision from around you. Get them people that's poking holes in the boat that's trying to sink the ship.

FOURTH QUARTER Let’s winnnnnnn 📈📈📈🦾

Familyyyyy, We did it AGAIN‼️🙌🏾

Two months ago I stepped into a whole new level of ownership, and today I’m grateful to announce that we just closed on our SECOND apartment/townhouses

This isn’t luck. This is faith, discipline, consistency, relationships, taking risks, learning the game and continuing to move when God opens the door.

I remember when the goal was simply to leave my 9–5 and create freedom for my family. Now we’re building assets, creating opportunities and putting together something our children can inherit long after we’re gone.

Two apartment buildings in two months‼️
And we’re just getting started.

I’m not posting this just to celebrate me. I want somebody watching to understand that your life can change when you stop only dreaming about ownership and start positioning yourself for it.

We have to keep buying.
Keep building.
Keep learning.
Keep circulating ownership in our communities.

My family/friends gets to watch this happen in real time, and that means more to me than anything. They’re learning that legacy isn’t something you talk about — it’s something you build.

Thank you God for the favor, the lessons, the protection and every person connected to this journey.

20 plus doors. 100% occupied 🏢
BUILDING #2

WE’RE NOT DONE. 📈📈📈

Yesterday hit Different

We just bought an APARTMENT BUILDING!!! Do you hear me?? Not a house, not a 2 family flat, not a duplex. AN APARTMENT BUILDING❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

Let’s gooooooo 📈📈📈📈📈

From a black boy out of Brightmoe whose first job was at Little Caesars, to becoming a serial entrepreneur and now stepping into ownership on another level — I’m grateful. Not because the journey was easy, but because every lesson, every risk, and every move prepared me for this moment.

I want to thank my wife for trusting in my vision and putting up with me because aye I GOT NEW IDEAS EVERYDAY😂. Thank you Vawn for being a great helpmeet and believing in me. We’re showing our sons what ownership looks like. We’re teaching them family values, discipline, legacy, and what it means to build something that can outlive you.

I want people to know that if I can do it, they can too. Ownership is possible. Building is possible. Creating legacy is possible. Our community doesn’t have to sit back and watch wealth be built around us — we can be part of building it too.

I’m motivated. I’m grateful. I’m high on life right now and in awe of the favor God has over this season.

For everyone who has expressed interest, I hear you. I’m working on something, so stay tuned for the next announcement.

The documentary is coming soon because this is a journey — and honestly, I’m just getting warmed up.

Only time will tell how great you truly are — until then, keep going, keep leveling up, block out them haters, keep pushing the needle forward, keeping winning!!!

THANK YOU LORD🙌
