The cats out of the bag! 1 week out from the big cats classic 😎 by @andre_sturge

This has been a LONG week lol.
Philly to Ny
Ny to allentown
Allentown to Ny
Ny to Philly

So ended up weighin in at 158 for the show which I wasnt expecting, & was really happy with the outcome. I started coaching myself around mid feb going into march.
Crazy to think ive been doing this almost 10 years & yet to didnt learn my body by now.
So we started the prep at 185, took things slow usually i’d do a 9 week prep stress out and lose 40 pounds in 2 months.

Anyhow started this prep took things slow was stress free, played around my with diet it worked. My wife was there for 4 out of my 5 shows she seen me prep she knows my body as well. So 4 weeks out we played around with some vasodry then 1 week out added diuretics (over the counter) it worked.
Then the last week I had @ftf.gomez dial me in with the carbs, water intake etc & everything worked out fine. Lost about 12 pounds in 5 days leading into the show.

So morning of the show went in as welter weight there was noone in my class so was moved to middle weight for comparison ( will post video on my reel) then for the night show got placed back in my class and took 1st.

Then for Classic, placed 3rd out of 8/9 guys which I was happy about because it was my first time trying that class.

Thank you to everyone for the love & support; the messages, it means alot.

Also shoutout to my brotha ish for coming out for the show and spending the whole weekend being there making sure I was stressfree. #TYBG

I know alot of my friends couldnt make it because I said things last min & it was a holiday weekend but thank you so much again. We did it.

Now time to relax, put size on & come back better.

I can’t be around no jealous shit, I’m really thе motivation 😤

But for real though, its crazy how much a person can change not just physically, but mentally and spiritually in a short amount of time.

Everything is a balance, working a full time union job
doing bodybuilding, being a father.

No Excuses!

Keeping it simple,

Excited for the next couple weeks to come.
