At @andreas.table , every private dining experience is bespoke.
It begins with research, conversation, and intention - understanding the people, the setting, the story we want to tell.

From thoughtfully sourced ingredients to handmade elements prepared without shortcuts, each detail is refined not to impress, but to reconnect - to tradition, to craftsmanship, and to the joy of gathering around real food.

On this evening, our table was complemented by a special homemade focaccia by @bakedbyguy - baked slowly, generously, and served warm, just as it should be.
A simple element, elevated through care.

No spectacle. Just sincerity.
Cooking designed to create moments that stay with you long after the table is cleared.

This is Andrea’s Table.

Some dreams really do come true… AND THIS ONE IS HUGE.

I can finally share with you that I’m taking part in MASTERCHEF: THE PROFESSIONALS, SERIES 19✨
Growing up in Sicily, I remember watching MasterChef in Italy as a little boy, fascinated by the chefs, learning from them and dreaming that one day I could be standing in that kitchen myself.

And now… here I am! I still can’t quite believe it!

Truly one of the most special moments of my life, and my heart is full of joy and excitement!

I can’t wait to share this adventure with you all! Follow along, get to know me a little better and let’s see what happens!!!

The adventure is only just beginning.

See you on @bbc One and @bbciplayer

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of joining the Italian Embassy in London as Sous Chef! 🇮🇹
A new chapter that means so much to me, both personally and professionally.
Being able to represent my country through what I love most, cooking, makes this opportunity even more special.
And what makes it even better is the wonderful team I get to share it with. Working alongside Chef @danilocortellini , @chefjiridvorak and so many talented, passionate people who make every day a pleasure.
So grateful for the warm welcome, the trust and the opportunity to keep learning and growing together.
Here’s to new beginnings, great people and lots of beautiful food ahead! by @andrea_ruszel

It’s been a pleasure bringing @andreas.table to this beautiful space throughout the month, creating autumn-inspired canapés and Italian aperitivo experiences, with seasonal ingredients, signature flavours and a little creativity.

Last week at the Attitude Awards 2026 ✨

An iconic night, surrounded by icons.

Since the 1990s, @attitudemag has been a pioneering voice for the LGBTQ+ community, giving visibility to stories and identities at a time when they were still considered taboo.

More than just an awards ceremony, a celebration of those who have fought, and continue to fight, for equality, acceptance and the freedom to be ourselves.

An unforgettable evening filled with inspiring people, powerful stories, glamour and so much love.

A special thank you to @marksandspencer for the invitation, and to @virginatlantic and @polestarcars for supporting such a meaningful celebration.

Aperitivo, in true @andreas.table style - where every ingredient is chosen with care, every detail has a purpose, and every bite is made with love. by @andrea_ruszel

Being a chef has never been just a job to me. It’s a way of living, a way of expressing who I am.

Every dish I create carries a piece of my story. It begins in Sicily, where I grew up surrounded by the aromas, flavours and traditions that first made me fall in love with cooking. It continues through every experience I’ve had, every kitchen I’ve worked in, and every person who has inspired me along the way.

With @andreas.table , my goal is simple: to bring the soul of Southern Italy to your table through unforgettable dining experiences.

I believe great Italian cuisine starts long before the cooking begins. It starts with respect for exceptional ingredients, for the people who produce them, and for the traditions that have been passed down through generations. Quality is not an option; it is the foundation of everything I do.

If there is one secret ingredient behind my food, it is love. Love for Italian cuisine. Love for my roots. And the passion that, since I was a child, has driven me to create experiences that are both deeply authentic and uniquely my own.

This is my story, this is Andrea’s Table.
