Ciao Riccardo, amico mio del cuore. Con te tutto era speciale, ce lo siamo detti. Ci sentivamo invincibili, insieme tutto era possibile. La sensibilità verso la nostra amicizia era rara. Ci brillavano gli occhi a parlarne. I momenti insieme non verranno mai scordati ma ampliati dal tuo essere magnifico, sempre, in qualsiasi situazione. @jbastianich Non smetterò mai di ringraziarti per avermi scelto al tuo fianco in questa esperienza ancora oggi indescrivibile e che porterò con me per tutta la vita. Grazie amico, ti voglio bene.

Questa vittoria va a tutti gli Indiani, Malesiani e Cambogiani che ci hanno aiutato ed insegnato. Ci avete dato tutto, sorpassando di gran lunga le nostre aspettative con la vostra immensa umiltà, gentilezza ed amore per il prossimo. Vi abbraccio forte.

I’m so excited to finally announce my first pop-up here in New York City. ❤️

For the first time, I’ll have the chance to share with you a menu that feels deeply personal to me, created especially for this night.

Looking back at how far I’ve come makes me incredibly emotional.

In 2022, I walked into my MasterChef Italia audition almost without thinking about it. I did it for fun, without knowing that one decision was about to completely change the direction of my life.

Since then, I’ve traveled with a suitcase in my hand, a lot of fear, even more dreams, and one thing I’ve always been sure of: I wanted to cook.

The hunger to discover, learn, grow, taste new flavors and experience different cultures has taken me further than I could have imagined — and eventually, all the way to New York.

There has been so much passion behind this journey, but also dedication, sacrifice, long days and a lot of hard work. And I would choose it all over again, because cooking is what truly makes me happy.

On October 20th, I finally get to put a little piece of that journey on the plate.

I hope that through this menu you’ll be able to feel the love, the memories, my roots, and everything that brought me here.

And a special thank you to @andreabelfiore , an incredible friend who gave me the opportunity to make this night happen. ❤️

We can’t wait to welcome you on October 20th.

Still thinking about this night🤍

Opening the doors to our new Tribeca home felt like the beginning of a whole new chapter — and having so many of you there to celebrate it with us made it even more special.
