11 years ago today, I was hit as a pedestrian. I am one of the fortunate ones. Not many make it😟 I fought like hell to stay alive for this life. I am so grateful to my amazing medical team at JC Trauma, my Eye Dr at UMDNJ, Kessler team, my family, my super strong Mother, Musicares who prevented me from losing my home for a year, the gift of the Recording Academy / GRAMMYs who showed me that dreams can come true. Tomorrow is never promised. Be grateful that you got today. I’ve learned a lot on this journey and I am so grateful to be alive today!! I love you all for your support❤️ Here are some pics of the past 11 years! Never give up! If you want something bad enough, work for it! by @andreabenham
