As September comes to a close and the first World Cup races in Sölden get closer, we’re looking back at a month of racing and training in Chile.

From early mornings on snow to athletes putting in the final blocks of preparation before the Northern Hemisphere season begins, here are some of our favorite shots from the month.

Winter down south. Race season right around the corner. 👀⛷️

Day 1 of Slopestyle at Andes Cup Valle Nevado by Oakley. 🔥🏔️

The week is officially on.

First competition day, a strong international field and the park in full action from the first drop. Big tricks, clean lines and plenty of style across Freeski and Snowboard. Big thanks to @snowparkvallennevado for all the work.

A solid start to four days of competition in the Andes.

Slopestyle tomorrow too 🔥

Day 3 in La Parva and the focus shifted to Super-G. ⚡️🏔️

Having international teams racing and training here in Chile brings a different level to the mountain — world-class athletes, strong South American talent and the unique conditions of the Andes all sharing the same course.

Today, Benno Brandis 🇩🇪 took the men’s win, just 0.03 ahead of Felix Monsen 🇸🇪, with Luis Vogt 🇨🇴 and Nejc Naralocnik 🇸🇮 tied for 3rd.

On the women’s side, Barbora Novakova 🇨🇿 claimed another victory, followed by Haley Cutler 🇺🇸 and Nicole Begue 🇦🇷 in 3rd — the top South American result of the day.

One more day of Super-G to go. 🔥
