LOST IN YOUR EGO - OUT NOW
I thought I was holding on to you.
Perhaps I was only
holding on to the person
I was becoming around you.
Little by little,
I became unfamiliar to myself.
Maybe losing yourself
doesn’t always feel like disappearing.
Sometimes it feels like changing.

Andrea Costanza and 0hz announce their first collaborative EP, Last Hope out on @antinational.noise on June 12.

Rooted in the sound of the ’90s, the project blends hypnotic grooves, classic trance and post-trance influences into a sonic landscape that feels both familiar and forward-looking.

Developed through a long process of research and reflection, Last Hope explores another possible evolution of trance: drawing inspiration from ambient trance and bringing it back into the club context.

NEW MUSIC COMING OUT SOON!!

Music industry needs to be more inclusive.
That’s one of the reasons I started producing and playing club music. I wanted to contribute from the inside, not just criticize from the outside. I believed that if I focused on making high-quality music, it would naturally open doors. But the reality is more complicated. Talent alone isn’t always what gets noticed. We keep seeing the same names on lineups. Attention often goes to image, followers, and connections rather than the music itself. It raises a simple question: who is really here for the music?
What’s even more frustrating is that spaces that present themselves as “underground” or alternative often reproduce the same dynamics they claim to reject: exclusivity, ego, and gatekeeping. When access depends more on who you know than what you create, something essential gets lost.
We need to shift the focus. Less emphasis on image, more on sound. Less gatekeeping, more openness. Less hierarchy, more inclusivity.

Dub and hypnotic, this is the journey of Andrea Costanza’s radio show: a deep dive into the metaphysics of ambient music, explored through the lens of a producer who has spent years navigating these genres and carving out his own distinctive voice in the world of experimental sound.
