La actriz peruana Daniela Cusi dejó Lima para perseguir un sueño en Nueva York. Hoy, tras graduarse de Stella Adler Studio of Acting, suma dos cortometrajes con proyección a festivales, integra el elenco de una película junto a Emma Myers y acaba de estrenar Three Sea Stories con la compañía que cofundó, The Bravas Theatre & Film Company.

En conversación con COSAS, habla sobre el salto que cambió su carrera, su experiencia en la escena neoyorquina y el deseo de tender puentes entre el teatro peruano y el mundo: “Yo nunca pensé que iba a ser posible. Pero aquí estoy”.

Trying to recap my whole year made me realize how far I’ve walked this 2025. I’ve been through so many MANY changes but I’m still here pushing myself to keep believing in what brought me to nyc in the first place. I moved into a new place, made new friends, had to say goodbye to my best friends , graduated after 2 years, felt extremely happy and sad at the same time, created projects with friends, learnt from people I never thought I’d ever meet and launched my own company sharing my culture. La vida no siempre es un carnaval pero yo estoy creando mi festival step by step! taken in New York, New York by @andreadanielacr
